no water in room , breakfast was served late so we did not get to have breakfast before check out

Amazing views from top floor. Easy on-site parking. Staff was helpful. First room i got upstairs had a beautiful view, was very clean but the toilet didnt work. So i was moved to a room downstairs. Very old tub, old toilet, tiles need changing, musty as if it wasnt cleaned recently. The a c was nowhere near the bed. The sheets were itchy and the rooms had mosquitoes. I didn't want to ask to be moved again, so i stayed. Came to unwind and get some work done. Didn’t work out. No desk and chair in the room. The lady at the front desk, Tashema, was helpful & brought up a chair for me.

Never ever ever stay here. What a terrible property. The TV didnt work No hot water No wifi Zero amenities at or near the property. Couldn't even buy a bottle of water in the property or nearby to drink when the restaurant closed at 10am. They did have a nasty water dispenser with paper cone cups. Distasteful is the best i could offer about this property. The staff said I had to wait until the bar opened later. No consideration for guests Do not stay here $25 US airoort to hotel $50 US for a Taxi into Town from hotel $35 US from Airport ti the city Better pay the extra $10 and get access to water, supermarkets, gas station convenience stores and of course BETTER Hotels. Do NOT Stay here. They dont care about your comforts or your happiness.

Really nice renovations going on. Close to the airport. Really good for in the hotel restaurant Red Stripe. Plenty of outdoor seating by the water. Great place to catch a sunset! The new owner is extremely nice and has some great ideas for the future of this hotel. Can't wait to go back and see the progress.

I think the price should come down 190.00 a night is too much fir jo tv access nor room service.I like the property they have several places to go.not a dull moment.Quiet cozy however wifi wasnt good if i wouldve known no tv i wouldnt stay as I wanted to relax and watch tv during dn time.However u csn just try stay out n b z until u r tired.i l felt i wouldve gotten dome money back a discount of some kind .i booked thru ******* so so will take it up with them.
