Great place to stay, walking distance from the main attractions and restaurants. Very kind and helpful host. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast leaves room for some improvement.

The hotel is very spacious ,has comfortable beds extremely clean and fully equipped with bathroom amenities. The staff are also very polite, courteous and friendly towards the guests. The manger Fanny is extremely helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. She goes way out to assist and make the guests stay memorable

An amazing host, Fanny outdid herself in telling us about her city. The place itself is a marvel, spotless clean, very good breakfast, the entire staff was very kind and welcoming. The garden rooms have access to … the garden, which is packed with orange and lemon trees, flowers etc. One of the memorable places to stay, a definite must return destination. Thanks!

A unique experience in a fantastic building in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo from where you reach in 10/15 minutes walking the city's most important attractions. Also, the seaside is easily reachable by bus and train for a day trip. Excellent management and polite service are always available to help you with anything desired. Our apar**ent was amazingly comfortable and the terrace was perfect for relaxing or enjoying local food with the family. The bed is a good size and is very comfortable, very important for a relaxing good sleep after a day out in the city. A welcoming B&B in a top spot where we will be happy to return anytime again when coming back to Palermo.

Hotel con mucho encanto en pleno centro, las habitaciones están bien decoradas y las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy completo y todo delicioso y a mi hija celiaca le proporcionaron productos de muy buena calidad. El trato fue excepcional y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos para que pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestra estancia allí. Muy agradecidos a Fani, responsable del establecimiento.

This B&B is excellent. The building is from the 1800s but the interior has been updated into a comfortable modern place. They have gorgeous greenery on the patio. Best of both eras. The staff is attentive and treats you like family. The breakfast is amazing. They connected us with a local driver (Lavinia, she’s wonderful) who helped us get around for a few days, since public transportation is spotty and cabs can be problematic. I highly recommend this place.

This B&B is extraordinary. It's in a slightly off the beaten path spot a couple blocks south of the Capo market and a few blocks west of La Maqueda in Palermo. I'm not sure how old the building is, probably 1800s, but someone spent some money making the rooms very comfortable and up to date, and the greenery is spectacular. The staff is amazing and helpful, they set us up with a wonderful local driver (Lavinia) who was incredibly helpful in getting us around town and shared so much local knowledge with us (she spoke little English, we spoke close to zero Italian, she used a translator app. I can't say enough nice things about her, she really made our visit.) The property is beautiful, the breakfast spread was amazing. If you want to stay at a Hilton,this isn't it, but if you want an unforgettable Sicilian experience, this is the place for you.
