great hotel/hostel! unfortunately surrounded by homeless but lots of places to walk to

I managed to live in a hostel and it was normal, and clean enough, the service is excellent.

The hotel is amazing. It's very clean and chic. The bar abd rooftop lounge are an added bonus! There's a very cute drag bar right across the street. The only downside is that parking around here is tricky. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING, AND I MEAN ANYTHING, IN YOUR CAR.

Private rooms were much smaller than expected. Their LED eco friendliness is the laughing stock/running joke. Air conditioning was cranked up when it was cold outside, and even colder in the upstairs rooms. When asked if they cold possibally turn it down or off, they responded by offering an electric space heater and extra blanket. Not what you might expect from a hotel w/no TVs anywhere, or business center because 'they discourage the use of television and computers for environmental reasons'. The surrounding area is unsafe, homeless are everywhere, yet their door security was exceptional. Their Cafe was overpriced. And to top it off, these people had the audacity to withhold my $100 security deposit due to a tiny stain on the sheet, which I did not notice, and was not even sure it was from me. There had been someone else in my room. They agreed only withold $25, and get me back the rest if the stain came out, which it did. Now they want my credit card details to send me the $25. This was a cash deposit. Upon leaving, they seemed to be tring their best to make me miss my taxi ride scheduled, by locking me out and leaving a sign on the door that said the person at reception would be back in half an hour. My bags were still inside. Luckily the girl at the Cafe opened the door for me so that I did not miss my taxi, or train.

我住的是雙層房，超好，乾淨，安靜。空間很大，浴室也超乾淨。樓上有一台冰箱，可以根據需要存放食物並為其貼上標籤。酒店周圍的區域在晚上發生了一些變化，但最終還好，前台工作人員對附近地區非常了解，這讓我作為一個單身女性旅行者感到非常安全。晚上他們會鎖上前門並單獨讓人們進入，前台總是有人。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bunks were spacious. The staff were lovely to deal with and the cafe is a nice touch. Shout out to Max for making great drinks!

Its downtown china town. Super fun experience. Beautiful rooms. Helpful staff. I felt very pleased with our stay. But Im not everyone.

I originally had a reservation with a hotel chain nearby but they were so rude I cancelled and came here instead and wow am I glad I did! This is my new spot to stay in PDX. Everyone is so nice! It’s very clean too. I love the roof!

Property was clean has minimal amenities and had 3 drinks twice and were charged almost $300.00 - be aware here!
