波特蘭市中心皇家索內斯塔酒店(The Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown)

内装や装飾が綺麗で、雰囲気の良いホテルでした。設備も清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。

It was truly a pleasure to stay here and recharge/celebrate my anniversary. I feel absolutely confident that I’ll be here again. The Grand Suite is immaculate and well worth the extra coin what with the 1.5 baths, comfortable bed, spa tub, and huge living area, it was hard to want to leave. Thankfully had a nice late checkout, replete with excellent service from the staff throughout my stay.

This hotel is beautiful and upscale. The only downside is the neighborhood. While there are restaurants and businesses close by that are lovely, this hotel is located in the area where there are homeless people everywhere. I grew up in the city and for me, I was still a bit apprehensive. Hopefully the city can get help for these people off the streets.

The property itself was lovely, but having to pay an additional $52 for parking and a bit extreme. Even with $20 off it's still a lot. I guess I'm just used to Vegas where parking is free if you're staying at the hotel...

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, I chose it for the spa which canceled my appointment twice and I never did get my massage. However, the hotel was so beautiful and relaxing I loved every moment. The staff was great and the atmosphere sophisticated. The area was rough, several homeless not much in walking distance. Cute coffee and wine shop across the street and the front desk recommended a great place to eat Grits and grub two blocks away. Easy walk. I will save in my favorites and return again!

being in the heart of downtown Portland, it is located in walking distance of a lot of the things one would want to see and do in Portland. The problem is that the downtown area, especially at night did not feel safe. Drug use can be openly viewed just outside. The amount of homeless, while better than last year, is still bad. Were it not for that and the fact that the interior is begiining to show signs of age. This hotel would easily rank above 4.5. The restuarant next door serves great food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The maids were all fast, efficient and friendly.

Fantastic Staff, fantastic service, beautiful hotel. Special shout out for Kathryn, who took such Good Care of us and our car. She Made us look forward to every encounter with her because she is such a delightful, kind and nice person.

This is our second time staying at a Royal Sonesta property after our first visit to Seattle. We have really come to appreciate the Sonesta's unique touches and ambience. You feel like you're staying in a boutique hotel but one that's as affordable as a major chain and that has amenities almost on par with luxury hotels. From now on, we will proactively seek out a Royal Sonesta property wherever they're available.

The staff were above and beyond, very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean, and the decor was quirky but fun. The only downside is the area around the hotel is completely horrendous. Sadly, that's not a problem the Royal Sonesta team can solve. We didn't feel safe at all until we were below ground in the parking garage. I feel bad for the staff who have to work in that environment.
