I work in a local business down the street from this hotel. I needed a small meeting room at short notice to conduct a private meeting. I spoke with the manager, she was very nice and was able to get me in no problem. As a business we send multiple people a month to this location from around the country. This hotel is where all of our team members stay and they are always accommodated. Thank you.

Got treated worst than the homeless person, who was head first, digging through the dumpster. On 06/27 the hotel manager cancelled our room and kicked us out. She had an issue with us throwing 3 bags of trash away into her dumpster. 10 minutes later there was a homeless women head down digging through the dumpster and the manager ignored her.

The staff is the only saving grace at this down at the heels hotel. The furniture and rugs are worn and filthy. Hilton corporate it’s time for a makeover!! The staff can only do so much to brighten this dreary hotel.

We should be done with the remodel by early next year and that includes all rooms and public space. Our housekeeping staff works hard to keep our hotel clean and I was disappointed that it was viewed as otherwise. Stayed here last fall , beautiful place. In a nice area, felt safe in parking area and surrounding area. Self check in on phone which was nice. Front desk was nice as well when I did see them. The room was nice and clean, we would choose here again for sure.

It's a nice location. Homeless in the parking lot and the elevator broke twice while we were there. The hotel is being remodeled. Our room was all new and very nice and clean and smelled clean. I would probably stay in the Hyatt down the road next time. It's closer to things to do, but they charge for parking

Great place to stay when you are just running down to Portland to see friends and don't want to drive home the same day. The food was good and the service was great. The room was very nice and the TV was big enough to watch

Room was average. Once you go into bathroom, there was paint used to coat the tub. This paint was peeling. To the point, where it was coming off & floating in the water when a bath was taken. There was mold to the grout & where the tub meets the tile. If you have small ones, better keep a close eye so as to not have them ready the paint.

After traveling all day and landing around midnight I asked for a late checkout, at 6 am smoke alarm low battery signal started to beep. Replacing battery fast won’t help, i was wide awake. Jay, our front office manager, forwarded your concerns to me, in regards to his handling of the issue of your smoke alarm going off. As you stated in your email that you have received more points for a dirty moldy shower, that is understandable. That is something that is in total control of the staff. The battery in a smoke detector is not always. Our maintenance staff does change the batteries on a scheduled basis, however, some batteries occasionally will expire before their time. I know from my experience with my home that when this happens it is an irritating noise! In your case our maintenance or front desk staff would have been quick to replace it.

Excellent customer service! Friendly and attentive staff. Easy check-in and fast & good food Great location near Costco and airport. Easy route to E. Portland, Allowing you to buy pass freeway. Makes being away from home a little easier.

The Front Desk person helped me with my accommodations at 10:30pm at night. I had book the wrong hotel and she found me a room. At 10:30pm, I was very grateful. I was also very tired and she really made sure I was okay. I will saty here again for sure. Thank you

We stayed for two nights as we explored the city. They only have double beds, no queens, and they are old. Like sagging in the middle of the mattress, old. We came off a week of tent camping with our kids and my tent cot was more comfortable (for real!). The breakfast was sub par compared to other Hilton properties we’ve stayed at. No wan options. Toast, bagels, muffins, cereal and that’s about it. Yogurt and fruit were also offered along with coffee, juice, and milk. Things that were offered at the front desk for free at other properties like floss, toothbrush, razor, etc. were offered at this property for a fee.

Stayed here when we flewed from the East Coast and the night before our return flight. We had a nice stay. We called and they sent a shuttle. Rooms very ver nice and employees were very helpful. The only issue was that there was no continental breakfast the morning of our flight home even though we told that there would be one.

Great employees! Was Clean! But if you book on a site that is not their own, it is misleading. No pool, No jacuzzi and no continental breakfast. Did have a shuttle, but grumpy driver. We had to wait until he came over to the airport a second time.

From 8:30 to 12:30 am there was a loud gathering in the room below me which caused me to not get any sleep the management did nothing. Trying to say that they were unable to locate the room when everyone in the hotel could clearly hear which room and people going in and out of said room.

This is your standard Hilton Garden Inn, but in comparison with other HGI’s I have been in recently this one seems very bare bones. The hotel is comfortable, but I definitely recommend getting an odd numbered room which faces away from busy NE Airport Way. As others have noted, the bottom (fitted) sheet does not seem to fit the mattress. I only noticed this in the morning when I got out of bed. The mattress was revealed and had a flap that covered a dial which indicated you could change the firmness of the bed. I tried it but it did not seem to do anything. The room was lacking in some things, such as a notepad and pen, that other hotels are bringing back. The walls were also a bit bare with only one piece of art displayed. Bulbs were a harsh bright white light. It would have been nicer to have warmer colored bulbs. There was no “Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up the Room” card in the room. The room did have a towel animal, which was fun. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast ($12.50 for the American breakfast). The menu was oddly, and crookedly, printed on one side of a ledger-sized piece of paper. Choices were limited and you got your own coffee from around the corner. There is currently no evening bar or dinner service. The receptionist said they hoped to bring that back but are having difficulty hiring staff. The hotel has potential, but I will wait to return until they have replaced the amenities that I am used to in a Hilton Garden Inn.
