Cahotic, dated hotel, quite a distance from the Harbor. Noisy people coming in and going out. Homeless sleeping outside the building. the car park is listed in the ad as private, but it looks like public parking: it is outside the hotel. You pay 40 dollars for the Park but you don't have the car in the hotel and it is not clear who is responsible for the car. Extremely expensive shabby room without proper comfort, there is not even a kettle. Not particularly clean. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff

Easily a 5 star experience . Room was very nice. Great view and close to downtown

Gave me the wrong room, was walked in upon by cleaning (half dressed) at 10am on day of check out. Battery broke on door lock-so locked out of room til engineering arrived. Overall, not great, not updated and too many errors/issues to recommend

Our room was not ready at 4 pm checkin. Not only that, but it wasn’t ready until almost 6 pm. We had to wait 2 hours for our room, last check in time. The surrounding area was filled with homeless people. It was clean.

Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping, etc. Enjoyed the view from Top of the East. Comfortable room and bed. No complimentary coffee. Hallway noise. Was not a welcoming environment. Overpriced for the quality. Sketchy area around the hotel for walking at night.

Lovely stay right in the heart of downtown. Staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Parking was easy as well. Lots of nice amenities and walking distance to basically anything you’d want to do in Portland

Horrible front desk service by a bitter and rude African American woman. They should not soil their hotel with front desk person who is that rude and unprofessional.
