When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was broken. Normally, this is not a problem, but for business trips I haul in heavy boxes. The only solution that was offered me was to cancel, which was ridiculous since I had pre-paid and it was a convention weekend. (Everything was booked or very expensive.) There was no suggestion of assistance at all. (It made me wonder about those folks in wheelchairs who had booked ahead of time. What were they suppose to do?) I did see a young lady with a cane have difficulty climbing the stairs. (I offered to assist, but she turned me down.)
The up side was whenever housekeeping saw me struggling, they kindly offered to help as did other guests.
Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is close to the convention center and the light rail. Food choice are minimal, but there is a Safeway grocery store about a 1/2 mile away.
By the way, the elevator was never fixed while I was there.
