普萊斯酒店 - 傲途格精選酒店(The Press Hotel, Autograph Collection)

A well conceived and thoughtfully decorated hotel paying tribute to the history of the building it calls home: friendly and welcoming staff, nicely appointed rooms with an attention to quality, and a good location in downtown Portland. It would be nice if some sort of coffee and tea service was provided in the room, or at least a hot water kettle; also that the breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 makes for less flexibility in the morning—though my meal was quite tasty and with expeditious service. I would happily stay here again.

The room I paid for was next to the elevator. Very noisy. Asked to be changed to a similar room, was put in a standard room and was asked to call ******* for an adjustment. I felt they could have done it themselves since I settled the bill directly with them. A good hotel but does not reflect the stated rating in your review.

Location is very good, the place looks very nice with well themed decor. Restaurant was very disappointing, we were waiting to be seated for long time, the service was busy talking and ignoring us, ended up good because the restaurants down the street were great. Same with breakfast, weird service and food was average. Valet crew were sweet and helpful, they knew to answer questions that couldn’t be answered by the front desk.

The service at the reception was bad. They seemed that they do not care about guests at all. The attitude was cold and blunt , simply rude. The stay was great but would not stay ever with this kind of service

The branding was cute, and the vibe of the lounge on the first floor was good. Staff were not super friendly or helpful, except for the awesome bartender and the incredibly friendly & helpful shuttle driver. The room was cute but the bed not very comfortable, pillows were not comfortable. I don't think we would stay here again.

Cute location and nice hotel but way too expensive for what you get. Lots of other good choices nearby with more to offer.

Bel hôtel avec quelques lacunes. L'insonorisation des fenêtres et c'est particulièrement important du côté de la station de pompiers laisse à désirer. Il n'y a pas de cafetière dans les chambres. Le service de petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant attaché à l'hôtel est 'bizarre'. En Amérique du Nord, le petit-déjeuner c'est assez simple comme affaire : du café, du pain, des oeufs, saucisse/jambon/bacon. Pour faire plus raffiné, des viennoiseries, du fromage et du saumon fumé pour des sandwichs. C'est pas mal ça. Mon épouse ne souhaitait que des toasts et du fromage. On lui a servi une seule tranche de pain, un peu brulée, froide beurrée de margarine. Quatre dollars. J'ai pris le standard, vingt dollars, deux oeufs, bacon, beaucoup de pommes de terre roulées dans le paprika et un toast, froid et couvert de margarine.

Completely unacceptable that my room was not available to me until after 5pm. I expect a coffee maker in my room especially in a hotel of this caliber
