Hotel rooms need a facelift, our sink had cracks in it. The furniture I.E. dresser is in need of a refurbishment. Having said that, the staff themselves were very pleasant and helpful.

Arrived around 1930 and the restaurant looked really busy so decided to order room service and do some work in my room - took nearly 30 minutes to get someone in room service to answer the phone and even then it was a call back after reception had sent someone over to ask them to call me back

Deirdre welcomed us warmly as we arrived. And it was my daughters b'day. So she was happy to let restaurant know this. Very friendly staff and great service 👍🌞

Choose this hotel in the way to Bantry. It was very comfortable, the pub restaurant served an excellent meal for us even though it was almost closing time for them. Staff was great both the pub and morning breakfast. W when you’re away from home it’s a pleasure to encounter such a wonderful staff and facility. Appreciate your staff. Thank you.

Stayed in room 212. Bathroom was beautifull , a very spacious room .. Negatives : dirty walls , chunks missing from furniture , the hotel in general really needs painting .. dirty walls in corridors also , 1 guest was in the single bed by the window and was frozen all night . Breakfast was lovely

We stayed for a visit to Kildare village and really enjoyed the hotel. We had a room for 4 adults and it was spacious and more than adequate. Staff friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother

We booked family room to spend happy time with my toddlers. I clearly checked about TV before booking the hotel, its available. But i cant get tv code as the staff were saying it was not smart tv though it was smart one. Not even rte channels worked. Terrible experience.
