Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort

Mi son recato con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario di nozze, che dire? Tutto stupendo! Il personale è educato, simpatico e gentile con tutti dove parlano fluentemente varie lingue. Le stanze son molto comode ed accessoriate come un vero 5 stelle dovrebbe essere ( dispongono anche di un phone per capelli decente ). Il cocktail bar prepara il miglior BELLINI della sardegna oltre ad altri drink che son deliziosi. Piscina pulita con palestra annessa, dove noi abbiamo anche mangiato ( cucina molto piacevole ). Insomma, ogni soldo è ben speso dentro il Cervo Hotel!

Siamo stati in questo hotel fantastico mio marito ed io per il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio, che dire è stato tutto oltre le aspettative. Cordialità, educazione e professionalità sono stati gli elementi che più ci hanno fatto innamorare di questo splendido resort. I servizi sono tutti da vero hotel 5 stelle. Posizione fantastica. Tutto pulitissimo, e letto comodissimo. Ambiente chic ma senza troppi fronzoli, che per due ragazzi di 30 anni che vogliono sia riposarsi, che stare in un ambiente romantico, ma a cui piace anche divertirsi, bere e mangiare bene è perfetto! Consiglio vivamente!

Exceptional service! I’ve stayed in several hotels and resorts throughout Europe and the Americas and can say with certainty that Sheraton’s Cervo Hotel currently sits at the top of my list. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by two nights. A special thank you to Nicola, Adriano and the rest of the staff working at the restaurant and restobar. These two gentlemen took the time to make me discover Sardinia wines, meals and desserts. Their attention to detail, knowledge of the land and amazing attitude contributed to prolonging my stay. The front desk team was also great. Another special thank you to the gentlemen working at the conciergerie. They notably helped me plan my trip to Lula and helped me solve a dilemma I had regarding shipping a parcel back to Canada. I informed my immediate contacts of the quality of this hotel and I plan on coming back. Thank you once again. François S.

Vado a luglio o fuori stagione tutti carini tutti cortesi. Stasera passo a fare L aperitivo all esterno con il mio cane (5kg) educatissima e buonissima si avvicina il direttorone vestito da pupazzo e il cane non può entrare. Volevo avvisarvi che al quisisana vado con il cane e me lo accettano ovunque . Ad agosto c'è la sentite senza motivo . Non vengo più

As a party of four we had 10 nights at Cervo Hotel and whilst impressed by the excellent location,the boat service to the beach, the cleanliness and some of the staff we were disappointed to be turned away from the hotel bar because the men, although in tailored shorts and collared shirts, didn’t fit the dress code. This is totally acceptable and were prepared to change until we saw other gentlemen in the same bar in shorts and t-shirts. No consistency! The staff that stood out were Gabriel and the other beach and boat staff.

Anni che non tornavo a Porto Cervo e abbiamo scelto l'Hotel Cervo per ricordi e comodità . Nessuna delusione , anzi tutto al top sicuramente aiutati da uno staff d'eccezione , molto disponibile e gentile.Desidero nominare la Signorina Antonella , prenotazione , sempre presete , attenta e disponibile , cos' Tullio pronto ad esaudire ogni necessità , ogni desideri. Ottima ed abbandante la colazione in camera . .

我們在酒店度過了一段美好的時光。酒店超級大，而且在私人沙灘上。乘船 10 分鐘即可到達海灘，但如果您想享受不擁擠的地方，這很好。但是，飲料和食物的選擇有限，您需要提前訂購。 酒店的餐廳很棒，早餐很棒，景色也很棒。 床真的很好，但唯一需要改進的是房間裡有一股舊東西的味道。

很棒的服務和非常友好的員工。早餐也很好，提供了很多不同的選擇。我們的房間每天打掃大約 2-3 次，他們每次都更換毛巾和“用過的”肥皂，這完全沒有必要，而且絕對不環保/可持續。我希望他們將來會變成一個更加環保的環境。

Appena di ritorno da una vacanza a porto cervo. Il soggiorno al Cervo è stata una esperienza fantastica. L'albergo è di altissimo livello ed i servizi offerti ai clienti sono al top. Il personale è stato cortese e riservato e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Torneremo nuovamente a porto cervo, e sicuramente al Cervo.
