波爾圖德拉赫公寓(Portodrach Aparthotel & Suites)

Gute Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Hafen. Sehr sauber und ruhig obwohl einige Zimmer belegt waren. Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut ansprechbar. 24h Rezeption- perfekt! Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very good breakfast buffet. Pleasant staff. Good enough apartment with sliding doors giving more space. This hotel has two blocks and, to go from the street to the second block ( where our apartment - 19 was), we had to go up in one lift, walk through reception to another lift, go up two floors, walk across the car park, walk down two short flights of steps (7 and 8 steps), take a third lift down two floors to a small hall off which was our room. Apartment 19 is in the connection between the two blocks, is set back from the front of the hotel,has a restricted view of the marina, a balcony which loses the sun completely by 12.30 (in early November) and is directly above the hotel kitchen…hence cooking smells from late morning. The south and west sides of the ‘main’ block of the hotel seems like the place to be for more sun and better views.

We had a fabulous 6 night stay here, the reception staff were so welcoming, the apartment was spacious with 2 balconies and fantastic views - definitely worth paying for the marina view. The beds were 'firm' but good linen and comfy pillows. The breakfast was a bit cramped at times but good choice of cereal, fruit, pastries and yogurts etc..... being veggie it would've been nice to have had mushrooms and tomatoes just to have a bit more choice as no meat alternative. We ate in the restaurant 1 night and it was delicious. Easy walk over to the main town with plenty of restaurants with very good food, nice cafes and quite a few shops. The pool area was better than I expected and always plenty of sun beds. Caves are a must..... absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this little gem, we didn't travel further afield as our break was relaxed and short but seemed easy to get buses elsewhere. Thank you team for making our stay so pleasant x

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in a premium 2 bed apartment at this resort. We arrived late (1:30am) and were allocated to a different room to what we had booked which was really disappointing. As it was so late we had no choice but to sleep here. In the morning we got to go to our correct apartment and wow. We were on the 5th floor on the corner of the building in room 507. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for a group of 5 people. The views across the marina were wonderful and we loved just watching the world go by on the balcony. The staff on reception were friendly and polite. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place in a nice setting, beach not far away and it's flat to get there ! I personally liked the pool which is square(ish) and with flat walls so you can actually do some swimming in it, though it was a bit chilly ! We had room 502, on the back. Good points : FANTASTIC kitchen for self catering, it had the lot : microwave, full size oven / hob / grill, kettle, toaster and a full size fridge freezer ! Big bathroom with two sinks (though smaller but separate bath room and toilet would be a more practical use of the space). Balcony (albeit without the great view of the marina etc). Not so good : I cannot understand why this apartment is "open plan", it means zero privacy. Get some doors fitted !

We booked this hotel for the end of August for 8 nights through Jet2. This was supposed to be our 3rd visit and we had booked a room with a marina view a few months ago. I had even emailed the hotel stating we were really looking forward to our return visit. However less than 48 hours before the flight Jet2 called us to advise that the hotel had overbooked rooms and therefore there was no hotel rooms available for there. It ended up causing a lot of disappointment and stress as we then had to waste an entire afternoon finding accommodation which cost us substantially more. This was in a different resort also. I did email the hotel again for an explanation but have had no formal response . We

A l’entrée dans la chambre tout semble bien, puis un nombre de détails désagréables qui paraissent insignifiants s’accumulent pour aboutir à un différentiel trop important entre le prix et les prestations. Le studio se révèle un peu vétuste à l’usage. Porte fenêtre avec traces d’humidité permanente, cela rend la vue peu agréable et un peu crados. on entend les basses de la musique du bar en dessous en discontinue de 9h à 23h quand la porte fenêtre est ouverte, la salle de bain est mal ventilée occasionnant des odeurs peu ragoûtantes, le mobilier est usé et une légère odeur d’humidité s’en dégage en permanent, la propreté du canapé ou des couvertures est douteuse, la tv ne capte que trois chaînes en allemand, une lumière de secours dans l’entrée du studio est allumée par intermittence sans que le service technique puisse intervenir , un des deux lits jumeaux est en creux avec des ressorts que l’on ressent bien au petit matin…. Sinon la chambre est bien insonorisée et le balcon terrasse grand , la cuisine équipée correctement et fonctionnelle. La picine est vraiment très bien, l’hôtel est central à porto cristo, en même temps tout est un peu central à porto cristo vue la taille de la ville. En résumé, l’ensemble se révèle trop cher pour le studio vue sur le port ( voir photo).

I cannot comment on the quality of the accommodation, as we didn't get to stay there. I booked this hotel in December 2022 as part of my family summer holiday. We were planning on staying for two weeks in Mallorca and at Portodrach for the second week. Three days before we were due to check in, Portodrach sent me an email, informing me that they had cancelled the booking. When I contacted the hotel to try and resolve this, I was told that nobody could help me, as everyone from the Reservations Department had the day off. I have since learned that they cancelled the booking because the credit card I used to secure it in 2022 had expired. I was very surprised that they did not contact me for my new card details, before cancelling the booking. When I finally got to speak with the Reservations Department, they advised me that there were no rooms available. I then had to spend a whole day of my holiday, trying to find alternative accommodation for my wife, two children and me. This was incredibly difficult at such short notice during peak holiday season. Luckily I have managed to secure alternative accommodation, which was considerably more expensive due to it being booked last minute. This experience has caused an incredible amount of stress for me and my family at a time when we are supposed to be relaxing and having fun. We work hard all year so we can enjoy our family holiday. I would like the Management at Portodrach to understand the impact their actions have had on me and my family. I expect they were able to sell the room at a higher rate and that is why they simply cancelled our booking. I will never book to stay at this hotel again, which is a real shame as it looks like a beautiful place to stay.

Excelente y muy tranquila ubicación, perfecto para relaj**** y desconectar. Restaurante muy recomendable con fusión de cocinas interesante y buena relación calidad-precio. Personal muy amable y simpático. Estudio amplio, bien equipado y cómodo.
