米拉梅爾大酒店(Grand Hotel Miramare)

Ci siamo trovati bene. Bene il pranzo a bordo piscina. Bene la location. Bene la cena. Camera molto bella con vista mare (impagabile). Personale molto attento e preparato. Grazie Lugi per il cavatappi. I colori, il mare, i profumi, il contesto, abbiamo vissuto una esperienza straordinaria in un tempo ordinario.

Non mi dilungherò nel descrivere quanto fantastica sia l’esperienza di soggiorno al Miramare perché già nella mia recensione dell’anno scorso l’ho descritto in dettaglio. Voglio però ringraziare il personale che ci ha coccolato in questo soggiorno in cui abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario. Non poteva esserci modo migliore di trascorrere questi giorni.

Hotel excelente en todo sentido. El personal super profesional y muy amable, atento a todas las necesidades de los huéspedes, apenas llegas te ofrecen una copa de proseco y cuando te retiras te obsequian un bolso del hotel. La ubicación perfecta, cerca del centro y frente a la playa. Las instalaciones increíbles, de película, el lobby su pianista de tarde y noche que hacen una experiencia inmejorable, la piscina, el jardín impecable en una barranca, la habitación bellísima con una decoración muy cuidada, todo es único. Y el desayuno espectacular. Volvería sin duda!

I was here for the weekend, all the staff has welcomed us as no one has ever done before, I felt at home every minute I spend there, especially thanks to the Concierge Stefano for the great services and recommendation about what to do & see that he gave us on our next stop, Milano....he managed to arrange a visit to the last Supper of Leonardo da Vinci, when everyone told us need to be booked 3 months in advance....he was really charming and helpful! The room, the restaurant, the pool, the breakfast....everything was perfect! Thank you again Miramare

We have stayed in many 5 star and leading hotels of the world and never had this happen. From the moment we arrived we were disappointed and left feeling like we didn’t matter at all. We drove into the driveway and there was a scooter blocking our entrance. The porters just looked at us bewildered and didn’t know what to do. As my husband was unable to exit the car, a stranger walking past saw me trying to move the scooter and helped me move it out of the way. After dinner my husband ordered a port, we waiting at least 30 min before getting up to leave and the waiter told us to sit down and he would get it immediately. We then waited further 30 min before getting up again. The waiter noticed for a second time, come over to apologise but it was too late. At breakfast this morning I asked for a clean glass because I noticed that there floating particles in the water, to be rudely told that it was from orange juice in the glass beside. How hard was it just to take the glass politely and change it???? Later in the morning we went to the pool area and again ordered a drink that didn’t arrive. When I questioned it we were told the waiter had not understood what we ordered so they ignored it completely. The last straw was the restaurant they booked that was closed. We took a taxi to the restaurant and the driver told us to wait in the car because it looked quiet..of course it was it wasn’t even open!!!! No explanation or apology from the hotel, the only excuse was the person that booked the hotel was no longer working there. Gabriele Sequi GM listened to our issues and took away only food and beverages charges which at a 5 star level should have been included as standard. Extremely disappointing!!!

Al Grand Hotel Miramare sanno come farti godere la vacanza. Non c'è un dettaglio che non sia curato e gestito con la massima attenzione e questo rende l'esperienza assolutamente piacevole. L'hotel è un meraviglioso palazzo storico che già dall'esterno trasmette fascino e lusso. Gli ambienti interni sono curati in ogni dettaglio e si presentano in diversi stili a seconda della destinazione d'uso; tutti sono bellissimi e accoglienti. Il personale unisce una grande professionalità alla cordialità e disponibilità massima, in ogni occasione. Arrivando in auto un comodo servizio di car valet si occupa di parcheggiare l'auto nell'adiacente parcheggio coperto e sorvegliato. La vista dalle camere è sempre favolosa, sia che si abbia la fortuna di alloggiare in una stanza vista mare, sia che si abbia l'affaccio sul bellissimo parco dell'hotel, nel quale è anche possibile fare una passeggiata all'ombra dei tanti alberi. La spiaggia è proprio di fronte all'hotel, basta attraversare la strada e si giunge al desk di accoglienza da cui si viene accompagnati al proprio ombrellone, potendo scegliere ogni giorno dove sistemarsi, così da godere di ogni angolo della bellissima spiaggia; del mare è inutile parlare, la bandiera blu che sventola in spiaggia parla da sola. La piscina è accanto all'hotel, nel parco verde. Anche se il mare è fantastico, vale la pena passare un pomeriggio sui comodi lettini ammirando la vista della costa ligure mentre si sorseggia un drink. Bar e ristorazione sono del livello che ci si aspetta per una struttura di questo tipo. I giorni al Miramare resteranno indimenticabili, fino alla prossima visita.

Séjour très agréable du Miramare: bel hôtel, splendide jardin où l'on se perd entre camélias et arbres centenaires, belle vue sur la mer et la ville. Beaux espaces publics: salons, hall, salle à manger, bar. Les chambres sont agréables , un peu surannées mais confortables et silencieuses, bien équipées ( mais sans les éléments contemporains comme les machines à café ou les liseuses) la salle de bain est très complet mais les toilettes ne sont pas séparées. En fait on est dans la grande tradition hôtelière de Santa Margherita que nous connaissons de longue date. Service impeccable et très professionnel: excellent barman qui fait de délicieux cocktails, voituriers souriants et efficaces et petits déjeuner en chambre superbe et délicieux. Et un directeur très présent. Excellent séjour. Maison hautement recommandable.

Ganz offensichtlich ist das Team nicht eingespielt, was eine Langzeitfolge der Pandemie sein kann. Das Serviceproblem zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch das Haus. Das kann sich in den nächsten Monaten vielleicht wieder ändern. Was uns aber richtig gestört hat... wir fahren seit 6 Jahren elektrisch und wollten wie immer im Hotel den Wagen aufladen lassen. Dafür wollte das Hotel €25 und damit ist das Miramar das erste Hotel in unserer 6jährigen Elektroerfahrung, welches fürs Aufladen Geld verlangt. Wir musste nicht laden und haben damit das Geld gespart. Noch besser. Für den Ortsbus nach Portofino kauften wir beim Concierge die Tickets, weil wir mit den lokalen ÖV-Spielregeln nicht vertraut waren. Pro Ticket verlangte der €5 und auf dem Ticket stand dann €3 drauf. Die Erklärung für die Differenz... sie müssten die Tickets ja im Zentrum auch holen. Nicht eben 5-Stern würdig.
