艾爾伯格天堂餐廳酒店(Albergo Ristorante Paradiso)

Hotel a pochissimi metri dal centro di Porto Venere e con una terrazza magnifica vista mare. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera davvero minuscola (17mq), spartanissima e basica (a tratti decadente) ma affacciata sul mare. Colazione molto ricca ed abbondante con svariate scelte di dolce e salato.

Bellissima location in mezzo ai lecci. Una bellissima terrazza ti accoglie e il silenzio ti avvolge. Possibilità di mangiare all'aperto gli ottimi piatti ( si consigliano gli strangozzi alla spoletina e la pasta al forno coi funghi ) proprietari molto gentili. E se è caldo non c'è niente di meglio di una serata a Monteluco, hotel paradiso

Hôtel qui mériterait d’avoir une étoile de plus. La vue est juste à couper le souffle le personnel est au petit soin du Check un au Check Out ! Le petit déjeuner est local et délicieux. Vous ne pouvez pas être mieux placer sur le village ! Il manquerait juste une salle de sport ou un spa pour passer le stade supérieur mais vous y trouverez déjà tout les ingrédients pour vivre un excellent séjour. Merci pour votre accueil. Notre chambre était juste exceptionnelle !

Sistemazione nella depandance con ingresso indipendente a livello del parcheggio e della strada sui quali si affaccia la camera, con annessi fastidiosi rumori di macchine e motorini, dalla camera non si ha assolutamente la vista mare mostrata dalle foto viste online (se non per un piccolo pezzo di sbieco). Data la collocazione a livello di un passaggio pedonale, si ha un via vai di gente ad altezza finestra a scapito della privacy. Dispiace molto ma dopo una notte (per non perdere i soldi spesi, altrimenti saremmo andate via subito) abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura e tutto questo ci ha rovinato i due giorni di vacanza a Portovenere. Le immagini online della vista e della camera che ho prenotato non sono in alcun modo rispondenti a ciò che abbiamo ricevuto, mi sembra abbastanza scorretto mostrare un certo tipo di sistemazione e poi fornirne un’altra. La stanza inoltre è molto rumorosa, ha parecchi segni di umidità sul soffitto del bagno e della doccia (minuscola), la porta del bagno non chiude bene, la tenda della finestra non è completamente infilata nel portatende e quella della “finestra che dà sulle scale di ingresso” (non saprei come definirla altrimenti) è uscita dai binari. La camera di per sé è estremamente essenziale, sciatta e vecchia nell’arredo con polvere nei portalampade vicino al letto. Il vetro di copertura della lampada a muro accanto alla finestra è mal posizionato, al di fuori dei supporti angolari, e temo piuttosto pericoloso (potrebbe cadere da un momento all’altro ??? come da foto allegate). Inoltre l’insonorizzazione è pessima e si sente perfettamente lo scroscio dell’acqua della doccia e dello scarico nel bagno del vicino. Probabilmente, quantomeno la nostra camera, ha standard da 2 stelle e non da 3. Il telefono prende poco e male, a tratti non prende affatto (ma questo è davvero un dettaglio di poco conto per quanto mi riguarda). La pulizia è pessima ed abbiamo trivato un paio di scarpe da ginnastica Asics sotto al letto, di ospiti precedenti (chiaro segno di mancata pulizia). Colazione nella media. Torte probabilmente fatte in casa ma bruciacchiate e secche. La posizione inoltre non è eccezzionale, c’è da fare una passeggiatina dal centro NON è in centro. Non consiglio affatto la struttura e se mai volessi tornare in zona sicuramente non prenoterò di nuovo qui, preferisco spendere qualcosa di più e vivere una vacanza più serena nelle altre deliziose strutture di portovenere. Ps: ho lasciato anche una recensione su booking che ha MODIFICATO ciò che avevo scritto.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per il nostro matrimonio e abbiamo preso le stanze anche per i nostri ospiti. Le stanze sono belle, curate e soprattutto pulitissime, per noi la pulizia è determinante. L’albergo si affaccia sul mare, bellissimo. Il signor Fabrizio e tutto il personale sono stati preziosi e di supporto, gentili, disponibili e sempre cortesi, anche perché tra l’agitazione del matrimonio e gli ospiti siamo stati un po’ rompi scatole. La colazione davvero buona, la migliore fatta nella zona ( andiamo spesso a Portovenere ) con focaccia fresca. I nostri ospiti hanno apprezzato tantissimo questo albergo. Ve lo stra consigliamo! The location is excellent. And that's really the only good thing I can say about this place. The rooms were tiny, with smaller than normal beds and no space to walk to the bathroom, no space for luggage. The "closets" are about 4 inches deep so you can't really put anything in them at all. The hairdryer was a non-functional weird vacuum tube into the wall. But the worst part was the service. We were on our honeymoon and are both quite tall, so I paid extra to book a family room and confirmed ahead of time we could push 2 beds together so we'd actually have enough space to sleep comfortably. When we arrived the afternoon of check-in, the hotel had decided that since we were only 2 people they would put us in a single room. They told me they gave our room away and there were no other options. They gave us 40 euros to make it up to us, even though I had paid far more than that for the upgraded room. We called ******* to help us, and they confirmed with the hotel that they had made an error so tried to book us into another hotel. There wasn't anything available at all in town that night, but they were able to book us into another hotel the following night. While I was talking to *******, the hotel folks called our room. We told them we were on the phone and we'd talk to them when we were done. Then they called again. And again. And again. We asked them to stop calling us, told us we'd come down to talk to them in a moment. They called again. They called incessantly so we took the phone off the hook. I finished the call with ******* and went to use rinse off in the shower quickly while my husband went down to find out what the hotel wanted. All of a sudden there was a loud banging on our room door. I told them I couldn't come to the door right now and that I would be down in a minute. They banged again. I told them to go away. They started banging loudly and without stopping, and kept going for at least 3 minutes straight. I was scared and screaming for them to go away. I kept saying "leave me alone" and "no" and "stop" but they kept banging on the door. When I was able to get out and get dressed, I ran to the door and opened it and screamed at the man to leave me alone and went down to find my husband. The second front desk person told me they had found another hotel for us. We told them no (it was not in the same area and it was more like an AirBnB, and we were happy with the hotel we'd be moving to the next day). He got very aggressive and threatening and told me he would make me write a note that I rejected the room he provided so that he would still get paid. I told him I wouldn't be doing that. I told him that we would stay the night and move the next day. He wasn't happy, but I was able to calm the situation down enough that I felt somewhat safe staying the night there and leaving our bags in our room while we went to dinner. It was really a terrible experience. We tried to shake it off, but I felt so threatened and scared. We made it thro

Un hôtel qui mériterait une étoile de plus au vu de l’emplacement de l’accueil et des prestations. L’hôtel a connu un relook donc il est plus moderne que les photos sur le site. Le petit déjeuné est ultra local : merci à tous et bravo

Pour notre derniere nuit dans les cinque terres nous avons réservé une nuit dans cet hotel tres bien situé, a 300m du centre ville. Par contre rn guise de parking ils nont que 3 places , artiver tot pour avoir une place
