I am writing to address an issue with a recent reservation cancellation and subsequent refund request. Due to the cancellation of the Great South Run, I had to cancel my stay scheduled for October 19th. On that day, I called the Premier Inn customer support line at approximately 12:30 pm to request the cancellation. The agent I spoke with assured me that the reservation would be canceled and that I would receive a confirmation email shortly after. However, I never received any such email. It has now been ten working days, and I still have not received my refund. Today, I attempted to follow up by calling the support line, hoping to resolve this matter promptly. Unfortunately, I was met with an unhelpful response, confusing explanations about department availability, and ultimately, the call was disconnected by the agent. This experience has been disappointing, and I am concerned by the lack of support and communication. I can not, recommend Premier Inn.

Although smaller and older than the Premier Inn on the other side of the roundabout I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The whole experience was made so much better by fantastic reception staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. One lady in particular, Libby, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. thoroughly recommend this Premier Inn

床不像我們在 Premier Inn 酒店的多次住宿中住過的其他床那麼舒服，即使我們嘗試了雙人床，枕頭也不舒服。我們沒有像平常那樣睡個好覺。早餐室很髒，雖然大部分選擇都不錯，但羊角麵包又軟又難吃。不幸的是，這不是我們在 Premier Inn 酒店習慣的標準。

Good location for when you arrive on the ferry from Spain. Tatty from the outside, garden area all overgrown and unkempt. Had to lug my 2 heavy cases up stairs to the first floor. Reception very unhelpful while arriving at Reception and watched me in the rain while I tried to find the buzzer to request them to open the door.

The staff here are fabulous, helpful, polite , I just can't say enough about them. The food!!! Wow , just perfectly cooked and hot! I was tired when I arrived so imagine my delight to get to the room and find a bar of chocolate waiting for me ... thank you for your thoughtfulness, I will be back again soon.

The staff were amazing - so friendly. The room was fine - clean, modern, comfortable bed. The issue is that the room is not soundproof and the noise from the room above was dreadful even though all they were doing was waking around - sounded like a herd of elephants.
