Ladrones No tengo idea , porque no me quedé ahí. Lo que están haciendo es ilegal, reservé una habitación pero no estuve ahí así que tendrían que devolver el dinero y no quedárselo. Eso es robar a las personas. Ojalá les vaya como el culo y nadie rente cuartos ahí. Son muy malos.

Una experiencia horrible el lugar está muy sucio

This was one of the most concerning hotel stays I’ve had. I arrived early and appreciated being accommodated, but the first room I was given was already occupied—I used my key and walked in on someone, which is a serious lapse in basic safety and front desk procedure. After returning to the office, I was reassigned to what I was told was one of their “nicest” rooms. That was honestly alarming given the condition. The door was damaged, didn’t fully close, and the security latch was broken, which made the room feel unsafe. The TV and remote were also unreliable—we had to unplug the TV just to turn it off. The room had a very strong bleach smell that lingered for hours, which made it clear it had been heavily cleaned, but it didn’t make up for the overall condition. Beyond the room itself, the general environment of the property raised serious concerns. There was a noticeable amount of suspicious activity, and it did not feel like a safe or well-managed place to stay. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

Horrible room. Ac didn't work. Shower rusted dirty... The card light will turn green but didn't turn so literally had to have someone in the room at all times told them 4 times different days and they never came

The room walls had mold on them there weren’t any pillowcases on the pillows which were left in a pile on the bed the linen was dirty and the front desk staff was very rude and did not provide good customer service or communication skills

Don't stay here Had to wait 2.5 hours to check in, Rooms were unsleepable and we left during the night cause it was so bad. Felt unsafe.

Terrible property! 1.Shower didn't work, 2. Water leaked from the ceiling, 3. TV didn't work, 4. Bed sheets and comforters were dirty, 5. Face and hand towels looked dingy, and 6. I couldn't reach management until the morning. I pre-paid for two nights but I left after one night (because of the condition of the property). The property didn't want to give me a refund. Still, I went to stay in a different (and better) hotel the second night. A terrible experience!!

The room was out dated and dirty. Tub clogged, switched rooms.. alarms going off in the middle of the night
