We picked this property specifically because they offered a shuttle in a 10 mile radius according to ******* website. We intended to use this to get to the downtown area of Portsmouth. Upon check-in, we were told they no longer have a shuttle. When I went to the room, I discovered the king bed I paid for 8 months ago was instead two double beds with no couch. The front desk staff was very sweet and explained if booked on *******, there is no guarantee and that Marriott members have priority over room selection. 30 minutes later, they were able to put us in the room we booked. If I come back to the area, I’ll stay downtown since I will now have to pay for parking or an Uber to go there now.
