樸次茅斯造船廠普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Portsmouth Dockyard)

1500點到達，和其他幾個人一起被告知我們的房間還沒準備好。更糟的是接待員無法告訴我們他們什麼時候準備好。只是告訴你稍後再回來。這對於我們所有的行李和預訂了 1600 小時的餐點來說非常不方便。房間很好，早餐也很好，儘管餐廳沒有被告知我們已經付過錢。只是一些管理不善。

Simple mais emplacement parfait pour le port son musée et le ferry. À 5 mn à pied de la gare terminus. Chambre simple Service basique mais efficace Un restaurant non testé mais bien fréquenté Demander une chambre avec vue sur la rue vous verrez les navires du musée.

The hotel is in a great location to visit the dockyard, just a 5 minute walk. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable as is true of all Premier Inn hotels. Breakfast was very good and the cooks replenished the cooked breakfasts at regular intervals. Evening meal was in the attached steak bar which was convenient after a long day of walking around the dockyard. Lots of non hotel people used the restaurant so it was very popular. Would definitely stay again.

Positives: - Great location for visiting the docks, spinnaker tower and quays. - Parking only a few minutes walk and discount available for guests (we paid £10 for 24 hrs (normally £14). - Standard room exactly as expected but with addition of view of the water. Negatives: - Couldn't work the in room climate control so were too warm overnight. - Only supplied one hand and one bath towel even though room was booked for two people. - Breakfast was not good. Had no record of us pre-booking and breakfast area was noisy, busy and messy. Continental selection was very basic with the saddest looking shrivelled oranges and blackened bananas.

We stayed here for three nights, first intro to hotel was ok, up to our premium plus room which was very nice, clean and well presented. We saw the notice about the need to request daily cleaning… and when this was requested the answer was, well what sort of clean do you want? This is the first hotel in any we have stayed, and there have been plenty, that this has been asked. You had to tell them everything you wanted in detail, make the bed, clean towels, more coffee etc. We booked the premium plus room because of the extras, but again unless you especially asked, nothing was replenished each day! So we sure wasted money on that. The location is great, the breakfast was good, but service in the hotel was lacking we thought.

這家新的實用飯店地理位置優越，距離萊特島（Wright Island）的渡輪站（尤其是歷史悠久的造船廠）僅數十公尺。在兩次訪問之間很容易回來休息。舒適的客房配有浴缸，部分客房可欣賞基地景觀。早餐豐盛但重複（4天沒有變化）。最終找到一個好的地址。

很棒的酒店，地理位置優越，房間非常乾淨，走廊非常安靜。附近有非常安全的停車場。早餐的選擇非常好，有冷熱食物和不錯的飲料選擇

Arrived at 11.30 as promotional confirmation email stated we could check in from 11.00 for £10 extra. Rang Ang reception noted this down however on arrival room not ready, receptionist advised us room would be ready around 12.30 -1300pm and would call us when ready, no call received returned back to hotel at 15.30 to find a massive queue at reception with people all complaining about this issue at at 15.30 their rooms were still not ready. Had to wait 25 minutes in line to get checked in, disappointed with service. Don’t advertise something you obviously can’t deliver,

2 hours late check in, some aspects of the room were lacking cleanliness, lack of bathroom amenities and woke up stiff the next morning due to the bed being very uncomfortable. The location was spot on for the purpose of the visit.
