Covo Dei Sareceni is a charming hotel located about as centrally as possible in Positano, basically on top of the pier that brings in thousands of tourists in and out of Positano daily. It is a VERY busy area which slows down in the evenings, but is never quiet. The hotel is located next to the local beach and has no car access. They will let you know this in advance of arrival but you’ll need to prepare for this. The accommodations are nice but dated. Despite having the largest room in the property, we barely had enough closet and drawer space for a four day stay. The included breakfast is chaotic and poorly run, but on the contrary, the pool bar and the larger, main restaurant on property are wonderful. We highly recommend eating at both if you’re staying here. I would put these above many of the other highly rated restaurants in Positano, just a notch below those at La Sirenuse and il San Pietro, and with much friendlier price points. Overall, I don’t think this hotel deserves the 5 star rating it carries, but is also not charging the rates the other two are in Positano.

Hôtel trés bien placé avec une belle vue sur la mer, pour les chambres qui en bénéficient, malheureusement nous avons eu droit à une vue sur l'immeuble d'en face, tout proche ET SURTOUT chambres peu insonorisées, notre voisine chantait le soir et on entendait tout, y compris les éternuements ! De plus sous notre chambre, un groupe d'individus s'est amusé à faire vrombir des voitures de sport vers 1h30 du matin. Aucune intervention de la part du gardien de nuit de l'hôtel, nous avons été insultés par ces gens là, lorsque nous leur avons demandé de faire moins de bruit, ambiance électrique et tendue.

Bellissimo hotel a ridosso della spiaggia. Incantevole terrazza con piscina e bar . Lettini confortevoli e servizio bar super. Nella hall oltre ad un meraviglioso salotto si può notare la particolare pianta Bougainvillea che decora tutto il soffitto Personale attento.

ottima cucina, location all'altezza delle aspettative, Locale davvero carino . Personale molto professionale e servizio veloce.Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, gustato buon pesce, assaporando veramente il sapore del mare . Ristorante super consigliato.

Covo sei Saraceni exceeded all of our expectations for our honeymoon! It takes a bit of effort to get down to the beach but the accommodations were wonderful. Comfortable rooms with sea side view, our morning breakfast was spectacular. We were able to get one day of sunshine and we spent it by the pool with pizza and cocktails. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Special shout-out to the concierge who booked us dinner reservations each night around the city-all spots served excellent food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would return again in a heartbeat!

COVO DEI SARACENI - This five star hotel was wonderful. We loved the setting right on the water. The pool and hot tub was so great! The service in the pool area was terrific. The rooms are large and the view is breathtaking. All the staff was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely return and give recommendations to friends.
