Staffs are friendly but not that helpful.The location is too far away to the acttraction.

Stayed for 3 nights and our room was never made once. We were a family of 5, with 3 children. Had to get our own towels and remove our own garbage. For the amount of money spent, the housekeeping team really needs to get their butts in gear. And secondly, the dining area was a joke. Limited space, people were standing by windows watching and waiting on families to finish and make room. This was our first experience with Marriott and that’s it for us. Won’t be using this hotel again.

It was terrible. I was in the bathroom. I felt something crawling on my leg. I thought it was the string on my shorts but when I looked down, it was a giant bug… at the same time, another giant bug came out of the shower, crawled across the wall and jumped (yes, I said JUMPED down). I took a picture and went strait to the front desk. They said they would send someone and I wait two hours, but no one ever came so I called. They said they’d still send someone and no one came!!!! They did nothing to help. Claims they never had a bug issue. Acted like it was all me. Will never stay here again. I looked it up and turns out that bug is a house centipede!i They didn’t offer anything. No help. No discount. No switching rooms. Nothing! No communication whatsoever!!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I had issues with my room(s). The bathroom tub in the first room I was assigned was pretty dirty. It looked like blood stains but the front desk said that it was likely just rust. They gave us another room, but the tub did not drain. They gave us a third room and this one was in decent condition. It was a bit frustrating having issues with the rooms and having to move around.
