酒店深藏在一個狹窄的小巷中裏面，臨街沒有店面招牌很難找到。前台和客房不在同一個地點，是藏在一個很舊的老建築裏面，裏面的房間很狹小几乎沒有轉身的空間。男女混居，光線黑暗空氣裏充滿了汗臭與劣質香水氣味。沒有人身和財產安全保障。價格貴，要求取消退款很難辦理。客服以各種理由扣剋客人房費。非常不好的體驗，

Très bien placé, propre

Etant un groupe d’une soixantaine d’étudiants dans le cadre d’un voyage d’intégration, nous cherchions un hôtel à Prague en mesure de nous accueillir, et nous avons choisi Hostel Orange pour son très bon emplacement et ses avis très positifs, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Je tiens à souligner une très bonne communication et réactivité par mail, et une fois sur place ils nous ont aidé à nous organiser pour nous installer et nous ont conseillé de très bonnes adresses pour manger à Prague. Les systèmes des cartes et des casiers sont très pratiques surtout pour un grand groupe comme le nôtre. La propreté était impeccable. Malgré le fait que les lits soient superposés, c’était très agréable d’y dormir, il y avait assez d’espace pour chacun et les rideaux sont très appréciables. Bien que l’hôtel soit situé dans une grande rue très animée en journée, nous n’avons pas du tout souffert du bruit. L’espace commun avec cuisine est également très pratique. Nous avons grandement apprécié l’implication du personnel de l’hôtel qui nous ont aidé à nous installer, ont répondu à toutes nos demandes et se sont occupés de trouver et réserver pour nous un restaurant capable de nous accueillir aussi nombreux. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel !

Great location right in the middle of the city so not a far journey to any of the tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars around. There is an original Czech restaurant in the same building too if you want to experience the local culture. Reception staff are absolutely fantastic and even allowed us to delay our check out with little notice. Would recommend.

It’s a very basic hostel, I don’t know where the high ratings come from as it is exceptionally average. We had one toilet, no shower on our entire floor for 20+ people. The rooms are tiny. It is cheap and the beds are comfortable, and has a very central location. The lack of showers was a big issue though. There weren’t many communal places and the kitchen was small with flies and for a hostel of its size the kitchen could only facilitate one person cooking at a time. The staff were lovely to us throughout our stay. The photos of the bathrooms advertised didn’t match our experience.

I literally cannot think of a single complaint for this hostel. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Location is perfect (Central and close to party area). Dorm rooms and bathrooms are clean and in very good condition. Thank you guys!

Très bonne expérience dans cette auberge de jeunesse ! Propreté irréprochable et personnel très agréable. Très bien situé, tout vos déplacement peuvent se faire à pieds ! La pièce commune n’est pas idéal mais permet de faire des supers rencontres !

I stayed in an 18 bed mixed dorm and I’m really glad it was only for two nights. It’s in a great location, but it’s tricky to find the place. Watch for the little sign at the entrance to a hallway that is shared by the hostel and a restaurant. At the end of the hall is reception. There is a lounge area here that consists of 2 chairs on a tiny loft overlooking a tiny room. It’s completely ridiculous and not at all functional. The kitchen is little more than a hotplate and a kettle. There is no fridge to store any food. The rooms are in a separate area of the building from reception, so you have to go back out into the restaurant’s hallway to get to your room. The room itself was disgusting. It stunk so bad and was REALLY dirty! The bunks are 3 high and are very old, as are the mattresses. The newest thing in the room were the lockers, and they were small and for essentials only. The bathrooms were very modern, surprisingly, but they frequently ran out of toilet paper and there were no hooks anywhere to hang anything. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’hôtel (le personnel était disponible au téléphone et répondait à nos questions! 👍🏻) mais à part ça, super: les chambres sont propres, les lits sont agréables, on dort très bien, la douche est propre également, le système de carte pour la chambre et les casiers marche très bien (pas besoin de cadenas pour les casiers, nous avons une carte individuelle qui rend les casiers très pratiques), la cuisine est conviviale et l’accueil est ouvert 24h/24. Il y a une serviette par personne et la couette et le coussin sont très confortables. L’hôtel est très très bien placé, en plein centre de la vieille ville, on ne peut faire mieux! Si vous cherchez une auberge de jeunesse à Prague, ne cherchez plus!
