There was a shelf in the shower that was coming out of the wall, the room was spacious and comfortable but it looked like it needed to be freshened up

I love the ease of checking in/ out using the Hilton app and using the app for entry to the hotel and out room.

Bathroom was in terrible condition. Shower was dirty. No local TV channels on the TV, it was NFL Saturday and could not watch a single game. No ice bucket in the room and staff could not even find one.

Early afternoon check in person was untrained and rude. She would not even give us a curious 1 1/2 hour early check in and was rude about it. One of the other employees who was cleaning actually got us checked in. Also, the check in person did not program the key correctly. It cost more time.

Check in was not good waited for about 1/2 hour to be helped the employee kept leaving area to help a couple of ladies however didnt greet or communicate with people in line the the women just left as the employee was still gone i eent to find employee as she had 5 people to check in. It was pretty ridiculous how long the wait was after being on the road for 13 hours you just want to get to your room not wait in line for 30 minutes to check in

Check-In was terrible. Phone systems were down as well as computer systems. It took over an hour to get to a room. She kept saying the third party booking agent I used made a mistake and the virtual card they entered wouldn’t work. Not sure how she knew since all TRU Hiltons computer systems were down. I tried paying out of pocket again just to get to a room and she couldn’t process that payment either. I didn’t room keys, Wi-Fi password, so I couldn’t use any of the amenities. Terrible experience.

It was good. The hotel was crowded with a lot of softball families. We had a loud dog next to our room which I didn’t report because I know it’s pet friendly but I hate that a dog stays in the rook she barked. It didn’t bark at night though. Staff was overwhelmed w people to serve. Kitchen lady was most friendly of all. Front desk was not that welcoming or friendly but efficient.

I reserved a non smoking room, when I walked in the room all I smelt was cigarettes. Also one of the pillows didn’t have a pillow case.
The floor didn’t look like it had been swept and the tops of the tables didn’t look like they had been wiped.
