優質友善的服務，舒適的床，豐盛的全套英式早餐（額外），除了隔壁不可食用的骯髒的TGI 星期五外沒有其他食物，街對面有特易購，房間裡有咖啡/茶壺，沒有冰箱。應要求提供客房服務。免費停車，提供非常快速的計程車服務。房間很安靜。 2 層樓，附電梯。請注意下午 3 點辦理入住手續。試圖在下午 2 點 15 分抵達時勒索 10 英鎊的“提前入住”費。沒有例外！

絕佳的飯店位置，距離高速公路非常完美。工作人員很棒，飯店房間非常乾淨，工作人員竭盡全力為您服務，我與許多工作人員交談過，他們都非常出色。早餐也不錯，下次一定還會入住。另外，我的車出了問題，艾米確保我得到照顧，直到康復為止，我對 Premier Inn 感激不盡。

Staff very friendly, and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. Car park big enough and parking OK. Helpful with breakfast. Helped us with directions and where to go. What can I say, i It was all very good. We will definitely come again and I am sure it will be just as good

Incredibly well located and staffed by a friendly team, I use this hotel weekly without hesitation. Being a Premier Inn, the hotel is reliably clean and comfortable. There are also some great little restaurants in the area including Italian, Lebanese, Turkish, Indian and more generic establishments.

Probably needs updating a bit but for a family of 4 after visiting the East Lancs Railway, it was a great place to go back to. Kids loved tge room. Super comfy bed, wish ours at home was like that!

The Staff Ash & Megan were absolutely Brilliant. Nothing too much trouble for these 2 workers. From Cooking to ordering taxis these 2 Ladies were magnificent. Great Hotel & have to mention food was great. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

We stayed on the 03/04/24 for one night. We honestly can not fault anything. The location was perfect for us. Around 20/30 mins from the Trafford Centre, 20/25 mins from The Etihad Stadium. Plenty arounf including TGi’s, Tesco , plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean, plenty of condiments etc. The breakfast was beautiful - even my partner commented and said it was the best he’d had at any Premier Inn. Staff we welcoming and very friendly, especially Jo. Our son was playing in a football tournament on the Wednesday and also had another tournament on the Thursday. Unfortunately, the weather was horrendous on the first day - we only had one playing kit playing & on grass - you can imagine the state! Without hesitation Jo on reception took several of the boys football kits, (ours sons’ and others who were staying at the hotel with us) washed and dried them for us, so they were fresh for the next day. We appreciated it so much it was such a kind and generous thing to do. If ever we return to Manchester at any point we will 100% be staying here again. Couldn’t not fault it it any way at all.

I use Premier Inn always when I stay away. This was by far the worst for the room allocated and the evening meal for a very long time. Normally with Premier Inn you get a certain standard unfirtunately this was not the case at this location.

Brilliant service good breakfast staff cant do enough for you always greeted with a smile, bets premier inn I've stayed in for staff by a long shot. Rooms need make over however staff do a good job keeping them clean and fresh. Found my new Manchester based hotel.
