Must have some utensles in room

The service was excellent upon my arrival,I was surprised with a cake and fruits and nuts platter because I went to celebrate my birthday thank you ANEW HOTEL,not to forget a glass of champagne at reception enjoyed my birthday.

I loved everything about this hotel

This was a business conference, which lasted 4 days. It was my first time using the establishment. I enjoyed the stay. The staff was professional all the time and welcoming with a smile on their faces. The on-screen welcome message on my first day caught me by surprise and it was a very pleasant experience. The beds were spacious and very comfortable. I could roll myself all night long without falling on the other side.

Guys u need to come and see Anew hotel Hatfield and stay for few days to enjoy the place I tell you the place and service u get there is out of this world

Room access card didn't work, no hot water. Moved to another room the following day. Aircon stopped working, run out of electricity.

Received excellent service from the front desk up to the restaurant staff. Big up to the hotel management.

It was amazing and the staff was very friendly and nice, they made me feel at home. The service was awesome and they made sure all my needs are catered for.

I enjoyed everything and the serves was 100% perfect even the worker were friendly and helpful with everything thank you for the amazing service

The hotel was good for me from the reception to the kitchen and the rooms and I enjoy staying in the hotel

All in good condition and met the requirements. The carpet on the floor was not good and you can trip and fall.
