Les chambres sont grandes. C’est le seul point positif. Aucun transfert possible avec l’aéroport contrairement à ce qui est annoncé Nourriture de buffet très insipide voire mauvaise et commander à la carte prend des heures Service extrêmement peu performant : 55 minutes pour une salade, petit dej en chambre en retard de 20 minutes, etc.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The staff is nice but that's where it ends. Bathroom looks like it was done in the 90s and never renovated. Everything is old and nothing works. Plug socket not working. Phone not working. Drain not working so prepare for floods. We complained and they acted like they'll fix it but we returned and things were still the same. Have no intention of ever returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and outstanding service. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home! Every little detail was well thought out, making the room feel like a perfect retreat. The restaurant service and management deserve a special mention, definitely 5 star. The food was outstanding with generous portions and excellent flavour. And let me just say, if you're a coffee lover, this is one of the few places that knows how to make a proper double strength cappuccino. The coffee was rich, smooth, and top quality an absolute highlight for me! Overall, this was a truly great stay. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making the Mpumalanga Boxing Team feel so special and the visit so memorable!

Greetings. Very pleasant visit. Every time i come to the hotel i am greeted with friendly staff members. The cleanliness is great. I will be back in September 2025

Last minute booking after a concert in Pretoria, so we expected it to be busy. Staff was helpful. Not a 4 star hotel though. Room smelt like the toilet had a leak. Woke. Up by Taxis started hooting outside at 5am on a Sunday! Breakfast was ok but hotel was very busy

Staff at reception was very friendly and accomodating. The bar is not stocked. No working aircon in the public areas. One coffee machine during breakfast for full breakfast hall. Bathroom is moulding with awful smell. Aircon and Telephone does not work. Took 45 minutes to try order room service after calling twice. Paid for desert that never arrived with meal. Waiter for room service was very friendly. In short if it wasn't for the staff this staff would have been a complete mess.

This property is certainly not at the level of a typical Southern Sun Hotel. The features and fittings are old and both the dinner and breakfast were poor in terms of quality and variety. The noise generated from hooting taxis in the CBD make sleep difficult and the air-conditioning in the rooms was ineffective. Overall, a disappointing and underwhelming first visit to this hotel.
