皇家嶺旅館(Royal Ridge Guesthouse)

It is a self catering unit but none of the plugs in die kitchen or bedrooms were in a working condition. We couldn't prepare any food or charge our mobile devices. When I cheked in the lady said that she can speak to the owner about breakfast (as she mentioned it to me but I told her we will be checking our very early the next morning) to give us discount. When the phone was handed to me he was SO rude and told me it is a self catering unit but SO much for one if none of the plugs is working! What does a self catering unit then help. Will not recommend anyobody to this place and rude owner!

Thank you Emma & Kate for your assistance and care when staying at the Royal Ridge Guest House on the 31st of August. It felt homely and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay there again when in Pretoria. Thank you Hano for your understanding when I had to come in later than communicated originally.

We stayed in 2 weeks in 9 different places. We never got an email confirming our stay for the 1st night. We had to make other arrangement for the night. Guest house contacted us 19:00. We did stay the 2nd night. Never received any emails confirming the booking. No apologies because we did not receive a confirmation. Not their problem.
