Lovely room with luscious garden. Staff super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have a better time- loved sitting next to the swimming pool and watching the birds. I felt so relaxed

Wonderful stay for multiple families who gathered over Xmas. Units of different sizes and configurations, with access to a pool and awesome BBQ area under the trees, work like a charm. Linda and her housekeeping team was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Well kitted kitchens, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and good security. A winner all around

The place is super amazing, it's a breathe of fresh air. I wouldn't mind going back again. The only thing that disappointed was the electricity issue but we understood that it was beyond their control but none the less it's a nice place to visit. I'm definitely sure that I'll be going back again. Cynthia gave us a warm welcome and she explained everything in a very professional manner and it shows that she's very dedicated to her work.

We love this place. It is beautiful decorated, very clean and comfortable and spacious. Have been staying at many of their rooms and all is more than expected.

We stayed in the Francais self-catering Unit which overlooks the pool. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the decor has a bohemian flair to it and the bathroom is really spacious. We experienced issues with the WiFi.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience to stay at Waterhouse. The staff (Linda) was very helpful and friendly on arrival and showed us everything we might need. We were mostly away during the day, but it was just what we needed.

Waterhouse Guest Lodge was excellent in every way possible. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a better and bigger apartment with no extra costs, WOW! Was beautiful, comfortable, clean and much more than we expected. Will defiantly make use of this Lodge again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in that area. Keep up the great work Team.

The place is nice and clean, the rooms are spacious. It is very quiet and the rooms were able to accommodate us as it has two bathrooms. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back should we need to ...............

Fantastic value for money, the location is very convenient...close proximity to places of entertainment whilst still in a very quiet up market area with sufficient privacy. Would definitely recommend it to friends, family and colleagues.

Waterhouse guest lodge staff were amazing, super friendly with check-in and so accommodating throughout our stay. I would defiantly stay there again. We took 3 units and they were each super unique and totally fitted our purpose

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the amenities were good - all in very pleasant treed surroundings. We eoukd stat at the venue again. We only had a short stay over. Had we had more time we could have used more if the anenities on site 😀

It was nice experience , no problem of the accommodation. Somebody in charge and all facility are ready any time. Only minus point was my room did not have bath only shower and same price of the room with bath.
