Very close to Pretoria Gautrain station. A decent and comfortable stay. Room is spacious. I really like the big fridge in the room. A small gym.

Very safe hotel, good location and free car parking. Don’t get out of the hotel at night you have everything inside the hotel.

Service was very calm

Para mim quase sem defeitos, um ótimo quarto,um excelente café da manhã. O único problema é o barulho feito pelas camareiras logo cedo, que atrapalha o sono de quem dorme mais. Tem agência de turismo e leva os seus hóspedes a museus ou compromissos por perto, sem cobrar.

We went with my family for a buffet dinner,to celebrate our daughter 's birthday.the receptionist by the the name of Dorothia gave us a warmth welcome.we were served by a professional and friendly guy by the name of Simon.He went an extra mile in servicing us.You can tell that he's doing his job out of passion.big ups to u guys.keep up the good work.

Hotel wasn’t in a habitable state during stay When we checked in the hotel wasn’t in a habitable state. Electricity was switched off from 11pm to 5am in the morning. No alternatives lighting or heating. We had to use our phones. We were told it would be for an hour Staff wasn’t very courteous and they insisted that the door was working properly though it would not lock Uber isn’t allowed close by due to other hailing service providers who attack Uber drivers Staff did not appear interested in assisting us and made us feel like were being unreasonable We received a single key for the room meant to accommodate 4 people

Food was cold many times and thry don't refill once it is finished. My brothers were charged for drinks they never drink and this was mentioned the day when they were checking out. Other rooms have a safe box to look valuables but others don't have.

The hotel in a bit of a state with renovations. There were even chunks out of the walls in the passages going to our room. The beds were comfortable but there was no bin in the room and the bathroom needed a complete renovation. There was a strong smell of paint which was not good and outside our window was a whole construction crew so we could not even open the curtains. The decor was unfinished and incomplete - ok just to sleep but did not feel comfortable overall. I feel that this should have been communicated to a guest before making a booking or the stay should have been discounted in some way to compensate for all the inconveniences, The parking was shocking and luckily I had a small hired car or I would not have been able to squeeze in and out like I did. We only stayed one night but if I had booked longer I would have cancelled and found alternative accommodation

The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect and room service was excellent and whenever I asked for something,they were ready to serve with a smile. My partner and I enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to go back again, thank you for experience.
