Το συγκρότημα ήταν υπέροχο! Μεγάλο άνετο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη ( 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). Η πισίνα υπέροχη και καθαρή . Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Τα πρωινό τους πολύ καλό, πολλές επιλογές. Είχαμε δίκλινο δωμάτιο. Άνετο και καθαρό.Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια πολύ καλά. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!!!!

Prachtige accommodatie met een fantastisch, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Ligt dicht bij gezellige, levendige stad Preveza met boulevard.

Buon hotel, dal rapporto,qualità prezzo eccellente. Giardini curati, possibilità di ampio parcheggio e piscina molto ben organizzata. Camere arredate modernamente ed estremamente pulite. Consigliato disporre di auto, per potersi muovere autonomamente.

Beautiful, modern sleek boutique Hotel with a lovely friendly vibe. The partial wrap around swimming pool is particularly stunning and lovely to swim in as it is nice and large. The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable with a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in land but only five minutes by taxi from Preveza. The location is also not far from the airport. The food menu is compact but the food was delicious. Last orders for the evening meal is at 7:30 pm. We had a late flight, but the team let us use all the facilities, including the pool, good showers and changing rooms Without any problem even after we had checked out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Quite delightful.

8 of us stayed for a day. €80.00 to use the pool, €120.00 for a half day room rate. We ventured into the restaurant, we were the only guests. Nice menu. Half the order arrived, mine was incorrect. Sent it back. It took 40 minutes to get 2 salads and one sea bass from the kitchen, despite many requests for our lunch. When it finally arrived it was ok. We were short of time and wanted to shower. I asked for a discount as we had to wait, Christina the Albanian Assistant Manager offered us one salad removed from the bill, sighting we had been given drinks on the house. None of this we asked for!or really wanted. At this point she contacted the hotel owner, who reneged on the free salad offering us more booze instead!! No I just wanted something off the bill… a row ensued!!! Finally after another 30 minutes of my life wasted she caved in and it was taken off the bill. It soured the whole experience for us all. Really rude staff… really poor service… avoid at all costs

The hotel is very high standard. Staff is all extremly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is like a little paradise. Green, flowers, singing birds. We we really resting. Everywhere in the hotel area was extremly clean. Breakfast was unbelievable and swimming pool quite good size. If you wanted to go to Preveza city, so it was easy to get a taxi and it costs 6 euro to one direction (so quite cheap). Hotel had also bicycles and we biked the surroundings and foun a littke village restaurant called Olanthe (worth visiting) in village called Agios Thomas. The menu in restaurant could be a little bit larger. But overall 10/10. We enjoyd, rested, slept long in a good bed! We were from Finland and here were people from other scandinavian countries and the loved it also.

We had booked another location in Preveza for 5 days but then needed to add another night and stumbled across DaLUZ. We stayed in the last available suite, which was 316...the largest suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 decks. The place was exceptionally clean and well- appointed - and the beds were amazing! There was a lovely view of the luxurious pool and restaurant - it all had an Ibizan chill to it. Grounds are well kept. The most surprising aspect was the restaurant...it is a local secret, I think, as it was not noted on any Google search for restaurants. The food was superb...we had the filet and linguine with meatballs. The quality was the best...and it was so good, we went back a few days later even though we are staying elsewhere. Christina, the lovely owner, was serving guests and providing a very welcoming experience..her hands on approach is.commendable. The hotel is a beautiful and sexy sanctuary which no doubt should be a hot spot - international clientele would adore it! Thank you, Christina.

I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, balcony was surrounded by trees (I could actually enjoy the birds), everyone was so friendly and the Chef Dimitrios's lovingly prepared food was amazing - even though it broke my heart to leave food on the plates as the portions were huge. I can easily see this hotel as being the perfect home-away-from-home for exploring historical surroundings and beautiful beaches. It offers amazing food and quiet space to rest. I definitely would come back again.

I stayed here with my family for one night enroute home to UK. The place is very nice, but the people make a place and the team managing the place could not be more welcoming or helpful. Food was also amazing! Well done all, and thanks for a lovely experience.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. Otherwise pleasant hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, a bit outdated, but comfortable. Great breakfast, very nice garden/pool area.

Όλα πήγαν λάθος!!!κλείσαμε για δύο μερες ένα οικογενειακό λοφτ με ημιδιατροφη για να γιορτάσουμε τα γενέθλιά του άντρα μου...πριν γίνει η κράτηση πήρα τηλέφωνο στο ξενοδοχείο για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι λειτουργεί η πισίνα καθώς τα παιδιά ήθελαν να παίξουν στη παιδική και που είπαν ναι, αν η ημιδιατροφη αφορά γεύμα ή δείπνο που είπαν δείπνο και αν αυτό είναι μπουφές η σερβιριστο και μου είπαν μπουφές...λέμε τέλεια θα το κλείσουμε...έξω από τη πόρτα του δωματίου μας υπήρχαν τρία κομμάτια σκάλας των 10-15 σκαλιων το καθένα τα οποία ήταν επικίνδυνα για τα παιδιά γι'αυτό και ζητήσαμε να δούμε κάτι άλλο το οποίο και επιλέξαμε. Είδαμε ότι στο σάιτ δεν υπήρχε αυτή η επιλογή αλλά σε άλλες ημερομηνιες αυτό ήταν πιο φθηνό αλλά από το ξενοδοχείο καμία αναφορά για τη διαφορά!!λέμε δε πειράζει μη χαλάσουμε τη διάθεσή μας..πήγαμε τα παιδιά στη πισινα και οι εικόνες θα σας επιβεβαιώσουν ποσο βρώμικη ήταν...τα παιδιά είναι παιδιά όμως και θέλανε λίγο να παίξουν..έρχεται ένας κύριος του λέμε ότι είναι βρώμικη κ με αυστηρό και αγενές ύφος μας λέει εγώ τη καθάρισα το πρωί..παράλληλα έρχεται ένας από την υποδοχή να μας πει ότι μπορούμε να πάρουμε μικρό σνακ αν θέλουμε και λέμε ωραία...πάμε μετά από λίγο τα παιδιά στο δωμάτιο να τα πλύνουμε και να δούμε τι θα πάρουμε από σνακ δεν υπήρχε πουθενά κατάλογος..πήραμε τηλέφωνο να μας πουν τι μπορούμε να πάρουμε και μας είπαν να περιμένουμε να ρωτήσουν το σεφ τι μπορεί να φτιάξει...πέρασαν 20-25 λεπτά και μας χτύπησαν τη πόρτα να μας δώσουν ένα δισέλιδο με φαγητά χωρίς τιμές (παρά μόνο σε δύο) λέμε καλά ας πάμε καμία βολτα καλύτερα...και γυρνάμε το βράδυ για το δείπνο...πάμε στο εστιατόρια και δε βλέπουμε μπουφέ πουθενά...ρωτάμε και λένε δεν έχουμε είναι a la cart...πάω στην υποδοχή ρωτάω και με βγάζουν τρελή ότι λάθος κατάλαβα..λέω φέρτε μου τον κύριο που μίλησα εκείνη την ημέρα..μετά η Διευθύντρια μου λέει ότι παρεξήγησαν τα παιδιά στη υποδοχή και με ύφος ειρωνικό και επιθετικό μου λέει τι θέλετε να κάνουμε τώρα??λέω μπορείτε να φτιάξετε μπουφέ?μου λέει προφανώς όχι ε λέω τότε το με ρωτάτε??τι να σας πω μου λέει μιλήστε με εκεί που κάνατε τη κράτηση όπως και έκανα...παράλληλα έπρεπε να παραγγείλουμε γτ πεινούσαν και τα παιδιά αλλιώς θα είχαμε φύγει εξαρχής..λάθος μας...παραγγέλνουμε 9παρα πέντε...μέχρι δέκα παρά είκοσι δεν είχαν φέρει ούτε ψωμί...μετά από κάνα δεκάλεπτο έρχονται σαλάτα( λάθος από τη σερβιτόρα) και ορεκτικά να φάνε τα παιδιά και γύρω στις 10 και κάτι έρχονται τα δικά μας...εγώ μουσικά που ήταν σε ένα βαθύ πιάτο μια μελιτζάνα μεγάλη απο πάνω κιμάς και από πάνω σαν εμετός κάτι σαν μπεσαμέλ...το γύρισα πίσω και δεν έφαγα τίποτα και το αποκορύφωμα του συζύγου μια χοιρινή μπριζόλα που όταν ξεκινήσε να τη κόβει είδε ότι ήταν αψητη και είχε μέσα αίμα...το οποίο είχε τρέξει μέχρι και στο χάρτινο σουπλα από κάτω από το πιάτο και πάνω στο τραπέζι και το μαζεύαμε με χαρτοπετσέτες εμείς μια η σερβιτόρα!!!!το αποκορύφωμα μετά από όλα αυτά????μιλούσα παράλληλα με εκεί που κάναμε τη κράτηση και το ξενοδοχείο απαίτησε και μας

來自住宿之回應: Αγαπητή κα Καπετανακη, Σας ευχαριστούμε που αφιερώσατε χρόνο για να γράψετε σχόλιο για το ξενοδοχείο μας, έστω και αν το περιεχόμενο του είναι ανακριβές και δυσφημιστικό. Αρχικά με δική σας επιλογή κλείσατε ένα Family loft. Πριν καν δείτε το δωμάτιο αποφασίσατε ότι δεν σας αρέσει, επικαλούμενη διάφορες δικαιολογίες, παρόλο που στο site της Booking υπάρχει περιγραφή του δωματίου και αρκετές φωτογραφίες. Σε αυτό το σημείο θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι στα Family loft (όπως αναφέρεται και στο όνομα) μένουν κυρίως οικογένειες. Από καμία άλλη οικογένεια δεν είχαμε παράπονα λόγω επικινδυνότητας σκαλιών, τα οποία να αναφέρουμε ότι ζήτημα να είναι καμιά 20αριά. Αν ήταν όσα αναφέρετε εσείς θα έφταναν στον τρίτο όροφο. Η πισίνα μας καθαρίζεται 2 φορές την ημέρα. Το πρωί πριν ανοίξει και το απόγευμα αφού κλείσει. Το ότι υπήρχε μια στάμπα από τα βελανίδια των δέντρων που βρίσκονται τριγύρω ( η οποία δεν γίνεται να αφαιρεθεί αμέσως) δεν σημαίνει ότι ήταν βρώμικη. Τέλος δεν είμαστε σίγουροι πως καταλήξατε στο συμπέρασμα ότι το δείπνο σερβίρεται σε μπουφέ μιας και δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά αυτό, ούτε ότι χρειάζεται άμεση παρέμβαση υγειονομικού χωρίς να έχετε ελέγξει την κουζίνα μας. Θα θέλαμε επίσης να σας συγχαρούμε για το καλοστημένο σκηνικό με τη μοσχαρίσια ταλιάτα γάλακτος και το "αίμα" (υποθέτουμε ντομάτα ή κόκκινο κρασί) στο σουπλά. Από έρευνα που κάναμε ανακαλύψαμε ότι συνηθίζετε τέτοιου είδους σχόλια και σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία και όχι μόνο. Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι δεν υποκύπτουμε σε "απειλές" περι αρνητικών σχολίων και ότι πάντα προσπαθούμε να δίνουμε το καλύτερό μας εαυτό σε όλους τους πελάτες μας ανεξαιρέτως και όχι μόνο σε όσους έχουν κάνει κράτηση μέσω της Booking, όπως οι ίδιοι απαιτήσατε.
