It’s my second time there, and still the feel the great hospitality and warm welcoming from the staff.

Koh Russey Resort es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante, ideal para descansar. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cada noche preparaban el servicio de turn-down, lo cual fue un detalle muy agradable. Los jardineros mantienen la playa siempre limpia y libre de plástico, lo que demuestra el gran cuidado por el entorno. También hay muchas actividades para disfrutar. El Sr. Lam nos acompañó durante una actividad de snorkel y fue una experiencia muy buena. Además, Ezekiel, el gerente del resort, se aseguró de que estuviéramos bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Como punto a mejorar, creemos que la calidad de la comida, especialmente en el desayuno, podría mejorar. El servicio también podría beneficiarse de más orientación y capacitación. En general, fue una estancia maravillosa y una experiencia muy especial para nuestra luna de miel.

This has got to be one of the best experience I have had. There were 2 of us during this green season so we were basically the only guests during our 2-night stay which made the experience even better as we were really looking forward to having some quiet times together. The staff was just super attentive and really took care of us as they planned multiple activities for us. The highlight was the afternoon tea by the beach and the foods! Everything just tasted so goooood. My favorite was the special prawn soup the chef prepared for us, just heaven. Cannot wait to go back!

We travelled during the rainy season and was not affected as we had the resort pretty much to ourselves. It was an amazing stay. The amenities were amazing in the rooms were wonderful and The staff were incredible and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious with lots of options. We took advantage of the free canoes they offer and spent time in the ocean canoeing and surfing. Communication via WhatsApp or telegram was helpful as we ordered room service and specifying our order was easier via message to avoid any confusion. Greatly appreciate Stephanie’s professionalism and attentiveness. Her French and Spanish skills were greatly appreciated! Highly recommend Koh Russey resort

We are booked to be at this resort shortly and for the past one week I have been trying to contact them by phone and email and have received absolutely no response! This is extremely worrisome. Their phone line does not seem to work and i've emailed at least 4 times now for over a week and no response whatsoever. If anyone is actually planning to stay at this resort I would strongly recommend contacting them before going. We are not sure what to do at this point.

Das gesamte Team ist auf sehr angenehme Weise freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr genießen lassen Die 2 Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Küchen hatten ein ausgewogenes Angebot und haben hervorragend geschmeckt Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool direkt am Meer die einfach Perfect war Das Meeresrauschen schon zum Aufstehen zu hören hat uns sehr gefreut Tolle, sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung! Und eleganter moderner Einrichtung, auch hier findet sich das Bambus Thema wieder Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen

During our stay at the Koh Russey Resort in mid-January, we experienced a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and pristine nature. Staying for four nights in a beachside villa, the experience exceeded our expectations in nearly every aspect. Room Experience: Our beachfront bungalow with a private pool was a dream. The villa was spacious, spotless, and filled with natural light, thanks to large windows on both sides. The layout, including a massive bathroom and an inner garden, provided a serene yet luxurious atmosphere. Fitness Facilities: Although I did not use the gym, I observed that it offered two separate spaces—one for cardio and equipment and another for yoga or aerobics. Both areas looked modern and inviting, with plenty of natural light from large windows. Dining Options: The dining experience was exceptional. The resort alternated between two restaurants, both offering high-quality dishes with meticulous attention to detail. Service was impeccable—staff refreshed silverware immediately and served drinks with precision. Individual requests were also prioritized. For example, even when outdoor tables were fully occupied, the team set up an additional one to accommodate us. The service during meals and the efficient housekeeping (cleaning during breakfast, turndown service at dinner) stood out as highlights. Service Quality: The personal attention from the staff was exceptional. Despite the resort’s large size, the staff made every guest feel recognized and valued. They engaged in conversations and catered to individual preferences, creating a warm and personalized experience. Quiet and Atmosphere: The resort was a peaceful paradise. Situated on its own island with only one other distant resort, it offered a secluded, natural escape. Endless stretches of fine sandy beach, lush vegetation, and breathtaking ocean views created a setting straight out of a dream. Location and Accessibility: The island location enhanced the adventure. The transfer via a private speedboat from the resort’s mainland jetty was part of the charm. While there are few activities outside the resort, guests can explore scenic walking paths and lookout points on the island. The resort also offers excursions, including boat trips, visits to nearby islands, and tours on the mainland. However, we found the prices for these excursions quite high and decided against them. General Facilities: The spa was a highlight, providing professional treatments in beautifully designed spaces. We also enjoyed the resort’s centerpiece—a stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach and sea, perfectly integrated into the landscape near the main restaurant. Opportunities for Improvement: There was little to criticize. While the high prices for food and excursions might deter some, we felt they aligned with the resort’s luxury status and location. Knowing this beforehand helped us fully appreciate the experience. Bottom Line: Koh Russey Resort is a luxury retreat offering unparallel
