A great host at 81 on Church. A beautiful room, stunning bed with a bathroom. There are gorgeous gardens at the back of the property. And very close to restaurants and shops.

Top notch - I loved the hospitality and the accoommodation. They provided us with a lot of good tips where to go and what to do in this quaint little town. Can highly recommend it. Looking forward to my next trip to Prince Albert and staying at 81 on church.

Johan is a wonderful host, position is perfect, and rooms are all good. Home from home. Highly recommend.

Johan is a super host. I had a bad fall while running. He was so compassionate with bandages and care. The house is beautiful. Elegant but still cosy. I would highly recommend staying there. It is my go-to place in Prins Albert. Always a special stay.

Beautiful, lush and tranquil gardens, super comfy beds. The host, Johan, was informative, professional and accommodating, as well as respectful of privacy. Excellent parking facilities with shade cover (easily accommodating 4x4). Highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable cottage with delightful garden and friendly host. Only downside was that breakfast not provided but host directed us to a lovely place in the town for breakfast which was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of one night which was too short

On arrival I could pick my room and took the one close to the pool. It was hot that day. The room was nice with everything which is needed for a short or longer stay. The pool was nice and refreshing. The guesthouse is cetrally located in Prince Albert, the area is very safe, which everybody confirmed, so you can reach everything in the town by foot.The host (Jonhan) is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks I will come back.

Loved this B & B together with the Owner and his dogs. The gardens are truly magnificent. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Well situated within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will be back.

What a spectacular place to spend a night or more. My American clients and myself cannot wait to return next year for a repeat stay. I have already recommend a few people to visit Prins Albert and book at Johan. He spent a long time walking through the garden with my avid American gardening clients to inform them of what he planted. Nothing to fault at this fine establishment!

Loved this little place! Great owner and so welcoming :) Will definitely be back when we road-trip this way again. Beautiful garden and safe parking included. Being completely off the grid was great as did not have to worry about loadshedding. Coffee in the room was lovely and had included rusks, which were welcome.

We spent two nights at 81 on Church to explore Prince Albert for the first time. Johan is a charming host and made sure everything was perfect. We stayed in a lovely garden cottage looking out onto the beautiful garden that must be a riot of colour in spring. It's a perfect location and easy walking distance to the numerous restaurants that line the main street, and we'll definitely be back.

This serene little gem in the high street of Prince Albert was just perfect for us. A Quality establishment, crisp and clean, tastefully furnished cottages in a beautiful garden, just off the High street, affords you easy access to walk to the local eateries and shops, all the while providing a quiet tranquil rest. Johan is a delight, a wealth of knowledge, and a great host. Will use this again!
