My advice to all customers going to tall trees do not go for longer than one night, 2 at the maximum and dont expect much, especially in the breakfast department. This is for the owner. I have been in the catering industry for more years than i care to mention and I empathise with anyone in this industry. So i would like to make a few suggestions. We where probably a customer who stayed longer than normal 5 nights. You where so rude and unwelcoming the first few days that we where at tall trees that we considered leaving, but i was going to make sure that you where not going to spoil our holiday. We had a good look at your website and what you offered 90 percent of that was not anywhere to be noticed. Breakfast. Dont bother, if you cant do it properly then reduce your price and take it out, homemade bread definitely does not make a breakfast. Move your office out of the kitchen then you wont be bothered by your guests. Put tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, then you wont be bothered by guests who just want hot water. Lastly shut your doors for a few weeks take a deep breath and ask yourself if you really want to welcome guests into your home. These are positive points and obviously up to you wether you implement them, but i hope you do, I am sure that it will make for a better harmonious household.

This property is not what is depicted in the pictures. More research and reviewing all past reviews on our part would have changed our expectations. I must say we did really appreciate a nice warm breakfast, the linens were clean and comfy bed. That being said, I did not feel welcomed as a guest, more an inconvenience. The fan in the bathroom does not work and no screens on the window/patio door. The bathroom did have plenty of moldly spots. Take time to read all reviews before booking.

Photo displayed on website was nothing like the actual room. Everything was old - pillows, towels, entrance/staircase to room was not even safe. No key for the room, no coffee for the morning. Very disappointing all around. Host was not there; just a phone number to call her.

The pictures do not reflect the property. It has a rodent problem. I stayed at the accommodation twice only because I could not cancel for a refund. The stays were 5 days apart. One the first stay a mouse chewed on some of our belongings. I informed the host of the problem. Upon my return the host disputed my claim of a rodent infestation. That night I had visual confirmation as I saw a mouse struggling to get out of our garbage can. Don't stay here.

Nie wieder Das Zimmer entspricht nicht dem Beschrieb. Keine Möglichkeit, das Zimmer abzuschliessen. Die Unterkunft ist unordentlich. Die Gastgeberin hat kein Interesse, mit uns zu sprechen oder uns nur schon willkommen zu heissen. Wir stören- nur nicht beim Bezahlen.

We enjoyed our time at this Bed and Breakfast. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast and French press coffee. Compared to the hotels we saw Prince Rupert in the same price category, I would recommend staying here.
