普裏什蒂納市福朋喜來登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City)

This place is weird. It is far away from the city. Rooms are very small. While the front desk seems to friendly, their actions are not. I am not sure, maybe the management has strict guidelines to charge for everything. The breakfast is not free even if you a Marriott member and have used your points to make a reservation. The spa is another story, it is ugly despite the fact that it has everything.

O hotel fica bem longe tanto do aeroporto quanto do centro da cidade; do primeiro são quase 30min de táxi (12 euros pelo hotel) e do segundo mais ou menos o mesmo tempo (5 euros pelo aplicativo, no mínimo 10 euros negociando com o taxista diretamente). Além disso, ele fica completamente alijado de tudo, num bairro nobre e muito sossegado. Como tudo no Kosovo é feito de/com carro, a distância não parece ser um problema. Quem projetou o hotel efetivamente não seguiu o modelo padronizado estadunidense e abusou da elegância e criatividade, com tons de cobre e escuros prevalecendo numa penumbra mesclada com a luz natural: é intimista e sofisticado, nada a ver com os tapetados bregas usuais da rede! Os planos são amplos, com o lobby integrado ao bar e com o restaurante ao fundo, tudo regado a um excelente atendimento, muito correto e sorridente. O hotel tem forma de J e num lado os quartos têm varanda; o problema é que elas se comunicam, um erro gigantesco no projeto, acabando com a privacidade do hóspede. Os quartos premium são enormes e alongados em direção à varanda. O banheiro também é espaçoso e conta com porcelanato antiderrapante. O chuveiro infelizmente é muito fraco, apesar da boa temperatura da água. Para quem tem não gosta, o que não é meu caso, os colchões são bem firmes, pra não dizer duros... O café da manhã é servido no solene Sospiro e nada falta; para membros Bonvoy de alto estatuto o mesmo é oferecido como cortesia. Acredito piamente quando outros viajantes dizem ser esse Four Points o melhor da cidade.

Been to Four Points several times but had a very bad experience last time (july 2023). I was staying there for a couple of days. One of the nights, a roomkey for my room was given to a person who was not me - the person came in to my room to look for his girlfriend who was not there clearly. I went down to the reception and was told it was because they thought it was my brother (which still does not allow them to hand out keys for my room. They kept telling me it is ok to give a key and defend themselves. Not as much as a apology was given to me without me asking for it. Would never recommend the hotel to anybody - safety and pricavy for the customer means nothing to the manager and the staff.

Four Points Spa and Gym is one of the best place to enjoy a great workout and relaxation. The receptionist at the Spa, Elona, is one of the most humbling individual you will ever meet. Overall, the experience is amazing. They also have jacuzzi, swimming pool, saunas and more.

reserved taxi not showing up bar closed at 22pm and they refused any drinks and there are no mini bar only one person at reception at time when everyone was checking out the personal barely looks in the eye when they speak, a bit condescending, my list long

The best Hotel in the town of Prishtina, modern, clean, friendly, very beautiful, save and clean.

The room is too small, service was not good and staff are not friendly, while we are taking our breakfast the staff was always looking at us and we were not comfortable

The best nights in Kosova you will find here at the hotel four points. Arta and Emigreta were the best of the front desk attendants, they help my crew and I with any needs required! We had a beautiful experience, I will come back time after time if we could experience more time with the impecable staff.
