Stayed here 10/09 - 11/09 2025 Perfect overnight hotel for 1 - 3 nights. The hotel is located 15 minutes drive from the center of Pristina and about 20 minutes from the airport. In the vicinity there are a few shops and several restaurants. Pros: Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Service-oriented staff at the reception. Cozy atmosphere and environment around the lobby. Service-oriented staff at the reception. Clean and fresh. Free Parking. Good food at the bar. Modern hotel rooms. Kettle in the room. Beds 7 (see below *). Value for money 7 (see below **). Cons: 15 min into Pristina. *(Sinks through 0 - Average 5 - lies on top of the mattress 10) **(Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10)

Tertemiz odalar, restoranda dikkatli, ilgili ve güleryüzlü çalışanlarıyla tereddüt etmeden konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Kahvaltısı hem lezzetli hem de yeterli. The staff was amazing. Very helpful throughout the whole hotel. From the welcoming girls at the reception, the amazing girls at the spa and also the waiters at the restaurant. What I loved the most was the location. Even though I'm from Kosovo, Sheraton's location makes you think that you're truly having a retreat. Cleanliness was top! It made me feel safe and good.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City Hotel, which exceeded my expectations. I felt welcomed instantly when I arrived with genuine warmth and friendliness. The personnel makes this hotel stand out. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all polite, professional, and willing to help. Through my stay, they were meticulous and committed to guest happiness. The staff always went above and above to make the stay comfortable and memorable, whether it was a smile, area recommendations, or timely service. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-designed. The rooms are comfortable and functional, with ample space. The setting, wellness facilities, and on-site restaurants were also nice. Again, the people make this hotel exceptional. Their friendliness made my stay feel like visiting friends rather than a hotel. Highly recommended for business and leisure visitors to Prishtina.

Modern, clean. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. It has a gym way above what you normally find, and a very nice pool.

Super Hotel. Mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Vielseitiges Buffet und einer tollen Spaanlage. Die durch der fachlich und Kundenwunsch orientierten Ausführung von ( Beni) einen hohen Grad an Luxus mit sich bringt. Im grossen und ganzen ist ein Besuch empfehlenswert.
