الفندق جميل ولمن يبحث عن الاسترخاء والهدوء بعيد عن وسط المدينه وقريب من المطار ولكن الأفضل يكون لديك سيارة والعاملين بالفندق ممتازين ومبتسمين وخدمتهم ممتازة وانصح بهذا الفندق والفطور جيد وقريب منكم مطاعم وكافيهات وصيدلية وسوبر ماركت مشي على الأقدام وبشكل عام الفندق ممتاز وجميل

İnanılmaz bir ekip onları çok sevdim

Een mooi hotel met super vriendelijke medewerkers die echt snappen wat hospitality is. Wij kregen een upgrade en hadden dus een super fijne, grote kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad en de valei. De manager was de vriendelijkheid zelve en heel behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!!!

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet hôtel où nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis. Les chambres sont très confortables, la piscine tres agréable et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Le fait qu'il dispose aussi d'un parking est très appréciable.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der serbischen Enklave Gracanica in der Nähe von Pristina. Es verfügt über ausgesprochen freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, sauber und alles war funktionsfähig. Zudem verfügen die Zimmer über einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach gehalten, reicht aber vollkommen zum satt werden. Der Kaffee ist richtig gut, ebenso der frisch gepresste Orangensaft. Auf Wunsch werden Eier frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Barservice bis spät in die Nacht. Außerdem ist ein Pool und ein Garten zum Relaxen vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz. Die Preise sind sehr angemessen. Dieses Hotel suche ich gerne wieder auf und kann es auch empfehlen.

We made a day trip to Gracanica from Pristine and we had lunch at the hotel restaurant and later during the day we returned and had a coffee. Even if we didn’t stay at the hotel we had a lovely time in the beautiful hotel garden. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time we visit Pristine we will definitely stay there.

The staff are AMAZING! they accommodated all our needs and were extremely kind throughout our stay even with last minute requests. The prices are also very reasonable with amazing taste of regional food and drinks.

It’s much much better in real life! I fell in love the moment we arrived! We regret staying so short! The vibe of the place is so relaxing and accommodating that you could actually stay as long as you want! The food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious! Great pool and great staff! I also love the decor and ambiance! It’s definitely a great base for exploring Kosovo.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my daughter as part of a volunteering trip from the UK to a local dog shelter. Close to the airport, check in really easy even after midnight. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic, the flavours were so good! Pool was lovely and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. What makes the hotel is the staff though, they were brilliant with my daughter and nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and just fantastic customer service no matter which staff member you spoke too. I’ll certainly be back soon. Thank you for the fantastic stay!
