Das war ein Traumhafter Urlaub! Sehr freundliches Personal, super gutes Essen. Der Geschäftsführer freut sich wenn er seine Deutsch Kenntnisse auffrischen kann und die Landschaft ist einfach wunderschön. Die Strände sauber und nicht so überfüllt wie in manch italienischen Gegenden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Danke an Theresia vom TRAVELSERVICE CHECK IN GmbH für ihre super Empfehlung und Organisation. Fam. Perfekt beliggenhet, kan gå i trapper ut i sjøen, og slepp sanden, men du kan enkelt svømme til stranda om barna vil leke i sanden(eller gå bort, veldig kort det og). Gode senger, og ofte reingjering av rommene. Er du heldig og har bursdag når du er her så får du ein overraskelse på rommet den dagen. Personalet er super hyggelige. Maten er stor buffet, så der er det noko til alle, egen barnemeny avdeling har dei også, masse dessert etter lunsj og middag. Anbefales på det sterkeste, har vert på samme hotell mangen ganger, og kjem stadig tilbake hit. Vårt favoritt hotell i syden. Good beds, and the rooms are often cleaned. If you're lucky and it's your birthday when you're here, you'll get a surprise in your room that day. The staff are super nice. The food is a large buffet, so there is something for everyone, they also have their own children's menu section, lots of dessert after lunch and dinner. Highly recommended, have stayed at the same hotel many times, and keep coming back here. Our favorite hotel in the south.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The hotel sits overlooking Fig Tree Bay the bay can be accessed via 3 sets of steps that sit right in front of the hotel. Swimming here is incredible, turquoise waters without getting covered in sand. The main road with shops, bars and restaurants can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes following the sea front and cutting up through the hotels. The hotel is geared towards families however I would consider it as a couple outside of school holidays. The main pool set up is fairly relaxing, the activity pool is tucked away for those that like joining in with the entertainment team. The food is very good for a 4 star hotel. The main buffet is small however they have it just right, the quality of the food they serve and the variety makes every meal enjoyable. The snack bar was of a very good standard and very well ran as it does get busy. I didn't get her name and I wish I had but the lady who seems to run the snack bar works hard and does a fantastic job so please be polite and say please and thank you as people seem to forget how hard they work. Our room was a studio for 2, we could not fault it. If you have the option of a sea view pay for it. It will be worth it. The main point I must make is the staff. Every single staff member was polite, professional but friendly. The cleaners, the restaurant staff and the bar staff (Soliman your Cosmopolitans are excellent) I have nothing but positive words for you all. To the manager - you are visible and openly interacting with guests, this in my view is why your hotel is a success. This is something that you do not always see and it is such a nice thing as it shows you care. Thank you Nausicaa Beach for a relaxing few days away! x

This was our second visit to TUI Blues Nausicaa hotel and it certainly won’t be our last. As a family with two children with a five year age gap, Protaras is the perfect place to make sure both children are entertained and the hotel team make every effort to make sure that there is a calm relaxing atmosphere throughout the holiday. The hotel is right on the coast and you can start every morning by taking a quick dip in the sea, with easy access steps to the sea just outside the hotel. You can walk to the Protaras ***** and Fig Tree Beach in less than ten minutes. Protaras is full of shops, bars and restaurants if you like a lively atmosphere but with the hotel being all inclusive, having a massive selection of food and a fantastic kids and evening entertainment option, you can spend your whole time at the hotel if you wish to too. I enjoy an early morning walk and the coastal walks to watch the sunrise followed by a swim in the sea were the perfect way to start the day. If you do go, I’d strongly urge you to get a massage at the spa. It’s reasonably priced and the Planet Spa team are all professionally trained. My wife and I had two whilst we were there, both from different members of the Spa team and all four massages were top quality. There are many positive things I can say about our holiday experience. As parents of a four year old and ten year old it’s hard to find a holiday in which you feel there is enough to do for both ages of the children but also feel you are making time for you. Nausicaa has everything we need as a holiday destination, fun, easy access to lots of amazing excursions, gorgeous works and swims outside your front door and fantastic food and drink. The icing on the cake for us is the hotel team themselves. The manager Stathis is so personable and makes every effort to make you feel at home. He is an avid gardner and even gave us a punnet of figs grown in his garden (they were delicious). On our arrival and throughout the whole holiday the receptionist, Petya was warm and accommodating towards us but especially the kids. No request was a bother and she made every efffort to engage with the kids and offer her input when talking about excursions we had planned. As it was our second visit, we got to really notice the effort the staff make and pride they have in their service, the head chef and restaurant team work very hard in making sure everyone is accommodated for during each meal, and it’s all done with a smile and personality. The traditional food at the Tavern and the service the staff give is top quality so id strongly urge you to book a meal there. The entertainment team love what they do and engage with the kids to make sure they feel confident to get involved in the evenings entertainment. My four year old son loved playing on the little park next to the entertainment venue, he made friends and grew in confidence over the holiday. My wife and I both remarked on how that entertainment team really won him over. All in

This hotel is the most beautiful place I have ever been to and I have been travelling for over 20 years! We were in room 112 with sea view, and it was like a living dream The view was beautiful. I wish I knew where they got the mattresses from, too, as they are so comfy. Thank you, Louika, for being such a lovely lady and apologies for my messy teens. My daughter, niece, and mother loved every single minute like us. The teens never got bored and were always occupied - which was great! The food was absolutely divine! Just perfect food. I even ate seafood abroad for the first time- and that is a big statement! (The chefs wouldn't let me steal them though ). What sold this trip for me, though, was the hospitality! All the staff here are just simply amazing! Nothing was ever too much for them. Just so kind, welcoming, friendly, attentive, professional, and so genuine. In particular, I have to thank Zekay and Soliman. They are 2 of the most beautiful people I have ever met! Just very kind souls. They made me and my family holiday complete. If there were more people in the world like all the staff here at Nausicca, the world would be a better place. I can't wait to return to what is now my favourite place Thank you, everyone, at Nausicca for making my perfect holiday the dream that came true. See you all next year! ♥️

Great staff, fresh cleaning, and exciting food. Distance to supermarkets and adventure is good. The best thing is Soliman, the bar man, he takes care of his customers and makes them feel appreciated. The choice between the pool and the sea is never a problem, it's all in the proximity. Family friendly hotel with great events and friendly staff.

First time reviewing a hotel, but we loved it! Location was spot on, close to the ***** with loads of beautiful beaches and swim spots close by. We found a swim spot with the friendliest turtle. You can literally swim to fig tree bay from the hotel (we did several times). Room wise, very spacious with everything you need. Beds were comfortable, good shower, loads of storage space for clothes etc. The view from our balcony was amazing, I couldn’t stop looking out to the beautiful sea. We also had stunning sunsets every evening :) Hotel grounds are beautiful, Santorini style buildings with lush flowers and plants everywhere, very instagram worthy hotel. Food was really good, so good we didn’t eat out as often as we usually do on holiday. Drinks also good, loads of choice- cocktails, Prosecco, keo, red and white wine and soft drinks. We loved our iced coffees in the morning. For the drinkers .. the local alcoholic spirits are pretty good, we’ve been to some hotels that have strong drinks but you drink a bucket load without feeling merry not the case in this hotel. The staff are all so friendly, made an effort to talk to us and everyone else daily. They all work so hard and always with a smile. Want to shout out bar man Soloman who noticed we weren’t drinking alcohol on our last day, so made the 6 of us a special mocktail without us even asking, was delish too! Also another great bar man with curly hair and very blue eyes (sorry I don’t know the name) so friendly. Another shout out to a man who worked at the outside restaurant bar (I don’t know his name but he had a bandaged finger) thanks for always making sure we had a table and giving us drinks the minute we sat down. Great hotel, amazing place. 100% recommended.

My husband, 14 year old son and 12 year old daughter stayed for 12 nights in a one bedroom sea view apartment. Our room number was 423 and we had a stunning view of Fig Tree Bay from the balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect as there are 3 platforms nearby which lead straight into the sea and you can snorkel in a couple of bays nearby. Turtle bay is a 5 minute walk away and if you are there around 7-7.30am you may get a chance to swim with a turtle. The buffet restaurant served a good variety of food which was of a high standard and once a week you had the opportunity to eat in the Taverna restaurant and we enjoyed sampling the local chine and wines. One of the highlights of our holiday was interacting with the staff who were very friendly and helpful from Solomon and Frenzy in the pool bars to Daniela in the restaurant. Special mention must go to a few people. Pan the receptionist carried our bags to our room the first night, dealt with a few housekeeping issues very promptly and efficiently and very kindly arranged for a bottle of champagne to be sent to our table in the Taverna on our last night. He also always had a smile to greet us. Sam the barman was always ready for a chat and makes some mean cocktails in the main bar upstairs overlooking the pools. And lastly, but by no means least, Stathis the general manager was always happy to stop to greet you and make sure we were having a great time. Superb customer service!! The sunbeds at the pool were brand new this year and very comfortable. The only downside was you needed to book your sun bed by 8.15 at the latest some days. We had a fabulous holiday in Protaras at this property and would hope to return at some stage.

This hotel/resort has many things to write about, the location is fantastic and the allround standard is very good. But the staff and leadership is incredible and by far the best i have exeperinced in any hotel or resort. Everybody is doing their upmost to see to that you have everything you need. The food is great and there is something for everyone, the bars and snackbar is really suprisingly good also. Just a fantastic exeperince for me and my family. My mother got sick and the management was able to accomodate her a separate room within 30 min of my request. Incredible Service!

Just returned from a fantastic holiday. The room was spacious with a large balcony. The food in the restaurant was the best all inclusive we have had . This was not just the variety but the quality as well. The meal we had at the Taverna was excellent. The hotel location with easy access to the sea was great. Low key evening evening entertainment and a quiet location was just what we wanted but still close enough to the main *****. The staff were all friendly including the management and a big shout to Pan in reception who was extremely helpful. The hotel and grounds were very clean.

Just back from a weeks holiday at this lovely resort . We are a family of 4 with a daughter who has mobility issues , our room was on the 3rd floor which she did struggle to get up to but she loved the view over the sea and we were lucky to have been put in touch with a mobility shop just around the corner from the hotel by our travel agent , so she potted around on the mobility scooter .The hotel was very open to letting us use the scooter all around the hotel and complex and was happy to charge it in reception for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the staff are fantastic the life guard was so helpful with helping us to get sunbeds which were accessible for our daughter to use as she loves the pool , the lady in the snack bar was always so friendly and worked so hard , the cleaners were very friendly and always smiling .We had a lovely meal in the Taverner one evening and also had a meal out on the last night of our hols , got to also mention Sam who was a lovely guy in the Lounge Bar he always made sure the drinks kept flowing and made such a fuss of our daughter , which she loved , even the manager waved us off on the way home, which is a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this hotel and all the staff too , hopefully we will be returning next year and I am so trying to get my husband to accept a job offer her , keeping my fingers crossed.

Leaving with such a heavy heart. Had to leave a week early due to a family emergency and the hotel and TUI rep couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you! The hotel is simply amazing, the food is first class with huge variety of fresh food. Sam in the bar makes the best cocktails and is such a lovely guy. Thanks Sam. On arrival, you are greeted with friendly staff who will do anything for you. Our room was a two bedroom apt and we had the most beautiful views of the sea and pool and a huge balcony with comfy loungers and table with chairs. No loungers are broken and are so comfortable! Spotlessly clean. Location is stunning and the sea is right on top of hotel where you can lay on your inflatable and chill out - I fell asleep! We are gutted to leave, when we did leave the manager came down to see us - that doesn’t happen ever! We will a million percent be back to your beautiful hotel. Thank you for everything and for your support over the last couple of days. Never been so sad to leave a hotel - we will be back, the Green Family xx

Nausicaa beach is a lovely place, we were in room 129 and it was great, we had a big balcony over looking fig tree bay, the management team were the best, they were like a double act very funny, if you had any problems they would sort it out, the hotel staff were tip top, the best 10 out of 10
