酒店提供我們所需要的一切,照片正與我們所用的房間相符,牀和子很棒,牀和毛都很高。水水很,房間裏有冰箱和毛,早餐很完整,服務到十點,我們不喜歡的唯一東西就是位置。雖然在普羅維迪斯,但它是一個更居住的地區,只有少數酒吧和餐館的選擇,最近的地鐵(洛杉磯)需要好好走路,這在我們已經累了的時候有點。

我在這裏住了兩晚,酒店很健康,一切都還聞起來很新。位置不是真的很好,周圍真的什麼都沒有,你去哪裏都需要Uber。在智利永遠不要打車!!!前台的人一點也不友好,也不熱情,但我想智利到處都是。

- O café da manhã é servido entre 8h - 11h. Porém, em todos os passeios as vans te buscam entre 5h - 6h30, logo, você precisa comprar algo para comer previamente. - O café da manhã é muito ruim, em um comparativo com os hotéis do Brasil. Estou falando de suco tang com um iogurte de 2 reais, doce e artificial. Além disso, não é buffet, eles te servem na mesa o que tem no dia. - Os quartos têm infiltração nas paredes, o que gera mofo e uma sensação de descuido. As roupas de cama são boas. - A vedação acústica dos quartos é precária, você escuta qualquer conversa ou barulho nos corredores ou nos quartos de cima. - O preço da água no hotel é absurdo, estou falando de 20 reais para 1,5L. - A localização do hotel é excelente e você consegue ir a pé conhecer os arredores e almoçar/jantar. - O chuveiro é muito bom, e tem água quente na pia também. - O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem na função de ar quente, favorecendo um quarto aquecido no inverno. - É possível fechar passeios na recepção do hotel. - Os funcionários são todos muito solícitos, simpáticos e educados. Conclusão: opte por uma hospedagem melhor, caso tenha condições.

Very friendly and warm hostel always something going on for example there is a bar so always a group having a drink and very open and easy to join in , staff were great they let me know every thing I needed to know and good quality toilets and great kitchen.

Amazing! The Hostel has a very good bedroom with spacious lockers. Also available is a pool, and a little gym and great location, very close to supermarket and subway. Huge thanks to Gustavo and Victor Manuel and Angelica, and everybody else!

這是一家精緻的連鎖酒店,位於5-10min車程,距離SCL機場。該建築比較新(建於5年前),步行距離沒什麼可看/做。酒店提供每小時一次SCL的班車服務,即使是凌晨2點。臥室和浴室都很大,但wifi無法正常工作。整晚還聽到“流水”(從相鄰房間流出來?)的噪音很大。我的主要抱怨是預訂前無法與酒店溝通。我嘗試通過溫德姆總部、facebook、twitter和booking.com收到的電子郵件地址進行嘗試,他們從未回覆。一旦你預訂,你收到一封確認信,其中有2封郵件地址和一個電話號碼。其中一個郵箱地址不存在事件(我的郵件被拒絕)...,他們幾乎回覆了另一個。航天飛機時間表只在最後一分鐘給到了...,這不專業。

訪訪客I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

訪訪客I was excited about staying in this new and modern hotel during my trip to Chile this month. I was ready to overlook the location- being far from the historic sites. The fact that the hotel is attached to a nice modern mall with a grocery store made it very appealing. However, the positive sides stop here, and I must mention that one of the doors, leading to the hotel from the mall wouldn't open- my card was working but the door was stuck. So, I had to go back 5 floors of escalators, exit the mall and walk into the hotel's street entrance- all this carrying a heavy bag with my purchases. The biggest shortcoming for this hotel is the Front Desk and the hotel’s concept that all guest’s calls have to go through the desk. And although the nice employees who work there try very hard, the desk is severely understaffed. I waited for a long time to check- in as there was only one person on duty. Someone else finally came to check me in. They say that the first impressions are very important and in this case they set the tone for my stay. Problems with logging into the internet( the employee who checked me in forgot to add me to the system) and the room TV that I had to solve right after I got into my room; even had go to the Front desk for because no-one picked up the phone. And all that after traveling for 24 hours and being very tired from my journey. This morning I again tried to get in touch with the Front desk for another issue, but again no one picked up the phone. I know that if I go to the desk I will have to wait for a very long time to be served only to be told that I need to wait in my room. Because of the many unlicensed taxis in Santiago, the hotel's staff told me at check-in that all trips should be arranged through- yes, you got it, through the Front desk! And what they do it reserve a vehicle and driver with a private company the hotel works with, for 4 times the price of a regular taxi. I used taxis a few times after that (the vehicles with the yellow roof), and didn't have any problems. So, it's the hotel that overcharges its guests with claims that all taxis in town are a scam. And yes, there is no direct phone for the housekeeping department, or for the restaurant, all calls should go through the Front desk, so expect that your call may not be answered on the first, or second try. The breakfast, although seemed plentiful and nice, is of a very low quality. The eggs were semi- raw, the quiche- a few days old. And so were all the pastries. The fruit consisted of a few chunks of what seemed like an old watermelon, wrapped in a small bowl. And at the end of each meal I was given a bill check to sign, even though breakfast was included in my room rate. What this meant was to urge the guests to give tip to the restaurant staff. My plans were to return for a few more days after I travel around Chile, but I cancelled my reservation and booked a different hotel. On the plus side, my room was large, the A/C worked well, beautiful

Nota zero Não tivemos água quente no chuveiro em nenhum dia de nossa temporada. E não adianta reclamar na recepção. O telefone do quarto não funciona justamente pq não querem ser incomodados. A internet tbm é péssima. Enfim, NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE PÉSSIMO HOTEL.

訪訪客Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.
