聖地亞哥福朋喜來登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Santiago)

Equipe da recepção atenciosa, pessoal da limpeza muito bom. O Hotel é confortável e muito bem localizado, em região com muitas opções e segura. O quarto que fiquei era bom no geral, mas falta uma renovação pra ficar melhor. As cortinas mostram sinais do tempo, o colchão da cama é muito macio (pode agradar alguns, mas eu preferia colchão mais firme), o banheiro também precisa de uma pequena reforma para eliminar "concertos" aparentes que ocorreram durante o tempo. O quarto é espaçoso, silencioso no geral, o ar-condicionado funciona bem, porém é um pouco mais barulhento que o ideal, possui cofre, TV e os armários são grandes e tem espaço dedicado para colocar as malas, o que ajuda demais.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The room I had the first night, was on the second floor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street. Fortunately, I had originally requested, through my reservation, a quiet room. Therefore, the next day I was switched to a room on a higher floor and away from the noise. On the minus side, the hotel charges taxes to foreigners. I found this quite unpleasant, since I was not charge such a property tax in other hotel in Santiago.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene excelente comida. Lo mejor es la atención del personal, su preocupación y cariño hacia los pasajeros. Víctor, Carmen y Fernanda se esmeran en hacer la estadía muy acogedora. Gracias a Uds. Por hacerme sentir tan bien acogida.

Todo muy agradable, limpio, la cama, las almohadas formidables, realmente se descansa muy bien. Todo limpio ordenado. El personal muy amable. No es primera vez que me alojo en este Hotel. El lugar alrededor es tranquilo, no hay bullicio en la noche. Está muy cerca del mall costanera center. Se puede ir caminando. Vinimos a un control de salud de mi esposo y descansé mucho.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of STC. Very friendly staff and comfy beds. For a four star hotel, I was however very disappointed of major elements: - the AC in the room is extremely loud; - the gym is very small: you cannot even stretch your legs or use the Swiss balls in it; - my room being above the gym, I was very upset to be woken up at 6am by the noise of someone running on the treadmill.

The room was clean and staff was helpful , but when I checked in a copy of my passport was made . I had a copy of my vacation card in the passport. When the copy was made the vaccination card fell from inside the passport. When I got to my room . I saw the card was gone . I went back to the front desk and asked if they had found my card . The personal looked and yes they had found it . What was disappointing was that the front desk didn’t call me to tell me that they had found my card .

Em uma viagem romantica este hotel e o bairro de Providencia firam perfeitos! Staff atencioso sempre disposto e preocupado em ajudar, e ainda tivemos a sorte de pegar a nevasca no solsticio de inverno…
