科莫省親子遊酒店

我們剛從這家酒店一週回到家,感覺非常放鬆。從接待處到餐廳工作人員的所有區域的工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。我們的房間乾淨寬敞,可以欣賞盧加諾湖的美景。我們沒有付錢使用成人唯一的溫泉,但使用了家庭溫泉和桑拿。我們發現最好的時間是下午6點後,因爲它更安靜。溫泉有桑拿浴室,蒸汽房和休閒區,16歲以下的兒童不允許。有兩個室外游泳池,我們沒有嘗試,因爲它們沒有加熱,還有私人海灘區。我們在半船上,早餐有這麼多選擇。晚上的菜單每天晚上都變了,我們不得不爲飲料付費。現場有停車場,但收費。工作人員對參觀的地方知識淵博。

I spent a week in Hotel Villa Aurora and from the moment I arrived I was treated like family. Everyone there is so polite, friendly and approachable. The staff there are always on hand to help with any questions you may have and go above and beyond to find you the best ways to get around Lake Como. The rooms are cleaned to perfection so when you return from your travels it is immaculate. Their Restaurant is situated just in front of the hotel and the staff there are just as great, the food is amazing and has a great view of the lake. The hotel is also perfectly placed as it's a 5min walk from the Lezzeno ferry port which is essential for sightseeing and a 2min walk to the bus stop if you want to get to Como city centre. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is my 2 nd visit to this fabulous hotel this yr and my 2 nd review . One is greeted on arrival by the very charming Guest relations manager Frederica who escorts you to your room and answers any queries you may have . The staff treat you like a member of the Serbelloni family . And that’s what this hotel is … an extension of the Bucher family since 1918. Such longevity is so rarely found today . The facilities are outstanding whether it be the pool , fitness centre , breakfast room and 2 restaurants. Mistral in particular under the care of Luca is outstanding. And then there is the private garden and a view to die for … but not yet !

My husband and I just returned from our vacation at Mandarin Como and I simply can not praise the staff and level of service received during our stay, it was perfection. We stayed at this property before the Mandarin acquired it and we were curious to see what changed. As it turns out, all the changes were for the better, and they have only improved upon the previous owners. There are of course other properties to consider on Como, but I can say with complete confidence that there is no better location than the Mandarin. Also it wasn't full of Americans the way some of the other hotels are, it was a sophisticated mix of clientele, and generally speaking, people were polite and kind, but you had plenty of privacy. Oh and the food was to die for, there are so many options and it was all fabulous. Happy booking, you wont regret it!

Check in was smooth and easy with the helpful and friendly staff. A comfortable room and I had one of the best sleeps on a trip around this part of Italy. A clean and modern bathroom too. I had dinner in the restaurant which was very busy and popular and the food was excellent and with large portions at a good price. There is also a large car park outside the hotel where you can park for free. I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to book there again.
