公寓很新，設施比較齊全，環境很安靜，位置距離市中心地區很近，步行去哪裡都特方便。
每7天打掃一次衞生，我們住6天，所以沒有人打掃，要靠自己維持。
入住的時候出了點插曲，因為辦理入住的酒店和這個公寓不是一個地址，又由於Google 給出地址錯誤，所以找入住用了1個小時。

位置和服務都很棒。您也許可以看到隔壁房間，因此請使用窗簾和外部屏障。附近有大型超市，很方便。

Superb location, an easy walk to all areas of Malaga. The apartment is freshly decorated, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The Hotel del Pintor, 250m down the road, can provide breakfast, but there are so many great options in town that we didn't try the breakfast. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a wonderful second visit to the Suites del Pinter. This very well equipped accommodation is immaculate. There is a lovely roof terrace with sunbeds and sofas. Perfectly situated and only a short walk to the city’s historic centre. All staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful. The Teatro de Cervantes is just a 150 meters down the Road where we experienced a performance by the Malaga Philamonic Orchestra and 80plus persons choir. Amazing! Also close was the Museo de Arte Flamenco,Peña Juan Breva where we enjoyed an incredible evening of passionate flamenco in an authentic setting. Malaga has so much to offer and staying in this accommodation made our holiday extra special.

Leider gehen die Zimmer alle zu einem offenen Treppenhaus. Man hat kein Tageslicht. Lüften schwierig. Das Treppenhaus ist extrem hellhörig. Mehrere gäste waren nachts und frühmorgens leider sehr laut.

La cama de matrimonio muy grande, el sofá también es de tamaño matrimonio y el colchón está nuevo. Todo muy limpio y no falta detalle... cafetera, tostador...nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida que nos hizo mucha ilusión. Hicimos uso del parking que está justo debajo de los apartamentos. El apartamento está en pleno centro y bien conectado. Sergio se portó genial con nosotras. Lo recomiendo y repetiré seguro.

Moderne, saubere Stadtsuite, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption, herzliche und aufmerksame Willkommensüberraschung, gute Parkmöglichkeit in eigener Tiefgarage oder in umliegenden Parkhäusern, kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt, nahegelegene Einkaufsnöglichkeiten.

Plenty of space, a good bedroom and nice living room. Perfect kitchen. Ideally located, quiet and central. Nice staff, the apartment was very clean and there was a lively tiny balcony. We highly recommend this place.

Estoy encantada con estos apartamentos, la limpieza es de 10 y el personal de recepción un encanto!! El apartamento está muy bien equipado y no le falta detalle además, es muy tranquilo, estuvimos muy agusto. ¡Gracias a Sergio y a todo su equipo por el trato recibido!
