Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 500 m, railway station "Partinico" 3 km, sandy beach "Ciammarita" 5 km. Accomodation is not a house but an outbuilding, a converted barn. Air conditioning fine and TV. Mattress was less. Bank set available. Dogs present for breeding. Often barking in the evening, during the day it is quiet and the pool is really private. No o
