阿納布迪皇宮 - 奇科洛酒店(Arnaboldi Palace - Circolo)

L’entrée ne paie pas de mine mais quelle incroyable surprise arrivé au deuxième étage. C’est un véritable palais qui mérite pleinement son nom. Des plafonds à une hauteur inouïe le tout allié à une gentillesse extrême du gérant et son équipe et d’une disponibilité sans faille. Je pourrais continuer ad eternam les éloges de ce palais au risque de vous embêter. Allez-y ça vaut vraiment la peine.

Maravillosa estadia. El hotel es magnifico, habitaciones, sala principal y ubicacion. Es necesario subir para ver esto pues de afuera no se advierte. Especial mencion para Paolo y Martina que con gran calidez estan en cada detalle.

What a wonderful hotel, a humble entrance and lift hides a grand hotel. There was so many things that impressed us during our one night stay at this hotel. From the stunning collection of Antiques, the high ceilings, the terraces, the bedrooms. However what really makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding level of service from Paulo. Due to the hospitalisation of one of my friends we did not arrive until the late hours, however at his own lack of sleep and expense he waited up to greet us with a smile and assisted us with our bags. At breakfast despite his lack of sleep we were then greeted with a smile. He is the perfect host and gentlemen spending time with his guests and treating them like family and not as just another customer. I have a love for history and he took the time to answer my many questions and nothing was too much trouble from assisting us with the ztl to resolving an issue, all was dealt with above and beyond. We visited many hotels during this summer break, however this kind and humble man stood out by far for providing the very best of service. A rare gem who places his customers at the heart of the business and wants you to be happy. This really is a gorgeous hotel.and breakfast is plentiful and tasty. We will definately return and stay longer next time. If you want to stay at beautiful hotel with a perfect host then this is the place.
