格蘭德艾爾伯格波坦察酒店(Grande Albergo Potenza)

Eccellente struttura in pieno centro storico con comodo garage privato a pochi metri dall'albergo. Camere molto pulite e confortevoli. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Colazione con ampia scelta di dolci e salati con possibilità di effettuarla nella terrazza panoramica protetta da vetrate e riscaldata. L'albergo dispone anche di ristorante e di sale congressi che però non ho avuto modo di utilizzare. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità.

Una struttura importante, al centro di Potenza. Molto apprezzabile il garage a pochi metri. Saloni molto belli, camere comode e confortevoli. Cena buona a prezzo adeguato, colazione buona e ben assortita, buona la pulizia. Impagabile la gentilezza del personale, in particolare la signora della reception che si è prodigata ed ha risolto in maniera eccellente un piccolo problema capitato in camera: queste sono le cose che fanno la differenza e che renderanno quell’albergo il mio punto di riferimento quando sarò a Potenza.

4 stelle nel cuore di Potenza a 50 metri dalla via pedonale più frequentata della città. A mio avviso un buon 3 stelle. Located in a very central position in the historic center, we made it as our starting point for visiting the various attractions and monuments of the city. This hotel, equipped with a minibar and air conditioning, allowed us to read the newspapers and surf the web with our cell phone and laptop thanks to the free wifi connection present throughout the entire structure. The hotel was a real, pleasant surprise for us, who had checked the many booking sites and had seen many dated, old and almost unrealistic photos which did not give it good publicity and which made it look like a hangar of an aerodrome. Above all they didn't do justice to the spaces. In fact, the rooms, although very small, are comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished. There us no pictures of the bathrooms on the booking site. At the reception desk we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The location is strategic, close to the Cathedral, the historic and iconic shopping street, Via Pretoria, Piazza della Prefettura and the historic Teatro Stabile. From the windows of this very tall building, perhaps the tallest in the city itself, you can admire a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, of the entire city itself and of the valley below. The strong point of the hotel is a beautiful, elegant and very spacious lobby, with noteworthy furnishings and décor. The breakfast was rather satisfying and plentiful, the prices rather moderate. Good value for money. We recommend it.

Old hotel, in need of renovation, but clean. I slept well. The location is close to the old town in the city center. Breakfast is similar to other hotels in Italy, not many options but you can find something for yourself. You can enjoy breakfast with a nice view.

L'hotel si presenta come una struttura a 4 stelle ma in realtà è poco più di un hotel di media categoria. Struttura obsoleta, grande certamente, posta al centro della città. Il servizio, unica nota positiva, è svolto con professionalità. Buona la conoscenza delle lingue. Ho cenato in hotel, ma lo sconsiglio: prezzi da paura ma non è finito, la cucina fa schifo a dir poco , tempi di attesa molto lunghi !!! Colazione scarsissima ! Proverò altra struttura nelle prossime occasioni per me e i miei clienti.

Non è un albergo da 4 stelle. Oltre la hall, appena si sale al piano dà l’idea di un hotel vecchiotto. La camera è discreta. Gli arredi non sono pulitissimi. I canali tv del digitale terrestre non sono tutti disponibili e quelli che si vedono, come si dice in gergo, saltano. Ho prenotato una doppia uso singola ed in bagno ho trovato soltanto una boccettina di shampoo-doccia, una saponetta, ed una bustina di detergente intimo. Sufficiente solo per un utilizzo. Dovendomi trattenere qualche giorno ho chiesto alla receptionist di far lasciare almeno due confezioni… macchè… fortunatamente avevo portato con me il necessario. La colazione (io bevo solo un caffè) non è assolutamente da 4 stelle ma è paragonabile ad un modesto B&B. Il personale, comunque, è molto cordiale e la posizione è centralissima. Il prezzo non è assolutamente congruo al servizio offerto.

Ho soggiornato nella camera singola che non è molto grande. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo, silenziosa, fresca, bagno in proporzione spazioso e nuovo con kit di cortesia di buona qualitá. Presente frigo bar. Personale gentile e disponibile.

the only disappointing aspect of the room was the floor in bath needed to swept, the shower drain cap was not secured and I almost fell and phone did not connect well to front desk.
