智選假日套房酒店拉馬爾(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lamar)

我已經很久沒有入住假日酒店了，很遺憾我的越野之旅別無選擇。這裏的客人不戴口罩，他們肯定不會進行安全的社交疏遠。早餐還可以，但從來沒有吃過香腸，因為廚房工作人員需要很長時間才能重新裝滿託盤。我的房間裏缺少一個吹風機，浴室牆上衹有一個未上漆的地方，那裡原來是吹風機。停車場是該物業的最佳特色，擁有充足的空間。 160 美元一晚，我建議找一個不同的地方。

The check in time has moved further back than it used to be, it used to be 3:00 at this location, now it's 4:00 and the room wasn't available for me until 4:30. I had to wait in my car in the parking lot for an hour and a half. The continental breakfast has usually always been really good. This time it wasn't good at all, coffee tasted burnt and the food was less than desirable. I have stayed at this location many times and the stay are usually very nice, not this time.

My confirmation said check-in was at 3:00 pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was told the room wasn’t ready. The desk clerk invited me to wait in the dining room and she would get me when the room was ready. After waiting an hour and a half, I finally went to the front desk to see how much longer I would have to wait. The new clerk checked me in.

My stay was overall very good. Staff was delightful and responsive. The only issue was that we were assigned a new room after our TV cable wasn’t working in the original room. The room we were changed to was very clean but there was a terrible odor. Not sure what it was…(The room was on the 2nd floor). It was tolerable, so we stayed there without requesting another change.

Mattress needs to be replaced, sooo soft. Bathroom was clean but outdated. Walls are thin, avoid staying on first floor by pool. Room was clean. It was what you would expect in Lamar although I expected more from a HI Express. Breakfast was good.

Way over priced, the staff think they are better than the paying guests and can't be bothered to do their jobs, and breakfast was nonexistent. They first gave us a basic room even though we paid extra for a suite, then they moved us to a suite under duress and we found there were no linens for the pull out sofa that had fruit loops stuck to it. So back to the front desk yet again. The breakfast was a joke, nothing was left even though it was supposed to last 45 more minutes. And the staff were unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to bring more food or clean anything. Simply rude, overpriced, and won't be staying there again.

Hotel is the best in lamar. Nothing to do in this boring town we are here for family. The only issue we had was the people upstairs stomped all night until about 2am. Jets in hot tub were not very strong but we had a great time

Room was very clean. Hall way was also clean. By 9am breakfast was basically empty even though breakfast went to 9:30. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't book there again

No Toilet Paper in room when checked in. 3 tissues in box when checked in, Guest Laundry had broken washer - hard to do laundry. The front desk clerks (yes, both of them) were more interested in their phones than service. Very poor
