El trató de los meseros deprorable Y la hostess con una cara de perro imposible Terrible disastrous waiters Terrible service The place doesn't sell because the waiters don't want to sell, we would have had much more but the waiters were busy and also the elevator is not for customers, it doesn't work for customers, that's how the guy who greeted me at the door gave the order . The elevator is for the workers and it's good that they didn't ruin their knees but it should be for the customers too. appalling I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it.

Recomendé el hotel a amigos, cuando estaba hospedado quisieron realizarle un secuestro virtual, busco apoyo con la recepción fue nulo, quiso recuperar su pago y no fue posible. Pésimo hotel, pésima seguridad. NO SE HOSPEDEN.

This hotel, simply put, is lovely. Its 17th Century ambiance is all around, from the old school elevator, to the small chapel like areas and chandelier. The rooms are huge ('junior suites') and the bathroom/shower more than adequate. Excellent location just around the corner from the Zocalo, yet still perfectly quiet. The breakfast (included) on the open air rooftop on a Sunday morning was accompanied by the bells from the Cathedral. And just to keep it real, there is a picture of Elvis in the lobby! There is also an attached bar and separate restaurant.
