Booked while on route, numbers, comments all had Days Inn looking on. Check in was great, gal was friendly, helpful and efficient. From that point on it went from bad to worse. Couldn’t get into building from outside with key card, had to walk around to front entrance late in the evening(10 pm). Then couldn’t get into room, had keys re-programmed and they still wouldn’t work. Gave ne new cards, which got us into room, still could not access building thru side entrance as key cards didn’t work there. Upon getting into room that was super cold(60) and when changing temp discovered water on floor. Notified desk, she gave us another room. Turns out that window in first unit was wide open( w/ac running), and monsoon rain had pretty much came thru the open window. 2nd rm was clean and ok, couldn’t seal tub drain for a bath, tv had to be programmed to match its input, had to redo that again in am after turning tv off. Breakfast options were nil to nothing, all coffee urns were empty at 7:45 am, and none of the vending machines worked. During thst point and when leaving to go get an actual breakfast no front desk service available. Overall, I would have to say this is the first time staying at this site and definitely the last. Normally, use a lot of Wyndham places, this ranks pretty damn close to the worst I’ve been in for number of issues that should not have been.
