很棒很舒服！ ！

It has been over a week and I still haven't had my $75 "incidentals deposit" returned. I left the room in perfect order after only staying one night. I do not smoke or anything like that and gave them ZERO reasons to keep my deposit. This is criminal.

When we checked in on Saturday, the woman at the desk was very, very unfriendly. I was surprised as these are the folks greeting you. Other than that, our stay was great. Room was clean and comfy.

Place was clean but shows the age of the building. A renovation would help especially since the rate for the room was way more than it should due to the condition of the rooms and the smallness.

Be careful booking. They have smoking floor. We chose a standard queen room which did not indicate it was smoking or nonsmoking and were given a smoking room. When we asked for a nonsmoking room we were told that was all they had available and would not refund our money even though we did not stay and they were turning customers away.

Great hotel, it is a little dated, but very comfortable. The hotel could use a better maintenance crew, but they do well with limited skills. Staff is super friendly, they will help you with anything that you need.

We had car trouble and had to stay the night. This was a nice place to stay. It was clean, affordable and the staff was great.

Great staff, very helpful and courteous, they had everything fresh and clean. Great breakfast, waffles, coffee, juice and fresh fruit.

Excellent staff, I travel for business and this is the first time that stayed here. I will be staying here again when I visit Pueblo.
