Great location, clean and hot water. Super quiet.

Location is very good. Close to port, restaurants and shops. The room had good a/c and comfortable bed. TV did not work but that was ok with us. The hotel itself was fine as a 2.5 star rating hotel. The room was spacious and bright, the bathroom was dark and in need of TLC.. The most difficult issue was our room and the hallways were covered with little wall lizards. That made it difficult to sleep expecting them to drop on your head. I love the little creatures, but not in my bed! The front desk management was quiet poor except for the one young man who tried to help get the lizards out of the room). The general manager was very rude and sour when you asked for anything. No late checkout allowed. Courtesy bathroom offered was disgusting and unusable, not even for a quick pee!! Super dirty and filled with mosquitos and bugs. Tried to be fair and balanced to the establishment in this review, but we would not stay here again. Lots of better places to choose from for same price point.

Rien à redire sur les chambres, fonctionnelles, propres et agréables. Mais très déçu de l'accueil, comme à de nombreux endroits aux Galapagos nous sommes de numéros, rien de plus et la chaleur humaine est difficile à trouver. Le prix basse saison est bon par rapport à la qualité des chambres, pour la haute saison (plus du double), je ne recommanderais pas forcément ce lieu car il y a d'autres hôteliers qui nous ont fait meilleure impression en terme d'accueil.

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel. Everything functions perfectly well. It is close to the pier, restaurants and ATMs. The low rating is because they refused to allow us to revise the booking from two nights to one. They were given notice of this - because of a double booking - well in advance. It was churlish of them, and bad business practice.
