普拉亞曼海灘家庭旅館(Galápagos Casa Playa Mann)

Stayed a couple of nights recently and loved the place. Near everything but away from the noise. Breakfast was great and fresh. Jose helped us plan things and arranged a driver to take us to the Highlands. Rooms are clean, wifi works well. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Ein mit viel Herzlichkeit von einer fleißigen Familie geführtes kleines Haus mit 7 Zimmern, ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es gibt Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber sauber. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Fön sind vorhanden. Fernsehen und WLAN ebenfalls. Gemütlich ist die Hängematte vor dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist einfach. Es wird aber auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Frühstück gibt es auf der Veranda mit Blick auf den gepflegten Innenhof, in dem die Mama gerne gärtnert. Für Fragen gibt es immer einen Ansprechpartner. Der beliebte Strand befindet sich schräg gegenüber über die ruhige Straße. Gemütlich ist es am Strand dennoch. Die Seelöwen chillen dort auch. Wer es noch abgeschiedener mag, kann in 10 Gehminuten die nächste Bucht erreichen. Wenn man keine Lust hat bei Tage****ze die 10 Minuten in den Ortskern zu gehen, kann man für 2 Dollar mit dem Taxi fahren. Bei angenehmen Temperaturen ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang, bei dem man sich auch alleine in der Gegend nicht unwohl fühlt.

We are so thankful for our excellent time at the beautiful Playa Mann Hotel it was perfection! This family run gem met all our expectations and more. Jose, Carolina, Lucia, Mariana and all staff made us feel welcome and at home from the moment of arrival! The attentive and kind service, cozy rooms and grounds, and amazing breakfasts are true Ecuadorian style. We loved being near the National Park with gorgeous beaches, trails, close to nature, birds and sea lions galore. It was very peaceful and quiet~ this family has created an oasis in San Cristobal island. You will not be disappointed! We wish many years of continued success!

The Casa Playa Mann was the last stop for our three island land based tour of the Galapagos, and truly an amazing experience. The staff of this family owned business was warm and friendly, and full of great information about the island. Restaurant and activity recommendations, and information about the island were spot on. Our room was extremely nice, very clean, spacious, and with all the amenities that a traveler could want. The view from our balcony was amazing, and breakfast was delicious. Our thanks to Jose, Lucia and all the staff for their hospitality and making us feel like family. We hope return to the Galapagos, and this time Casa Playa Mann will be our first and last stop.

No me equivoque en escoger este hotel para mi familia..fue perfecto! El desayuno delicioso y realizado con productos locales. Incluye variedad de panes, café o chocolate, huevos al gusto, jugo y fruta. El hotel esta ubicado a pasos de Playa Mann por lo que mis hijas se bañaron en la playa con lobos marinos hasta las 6h30 pm. El lugar es súper tranquilo y los cuartos muy comfortables y amplios. Mis hijas pequeñas se sintieron como en casa! Me parecio importante llegar a un lugar que no pierda la magia de la decoración y estilo de vida en Galápagos y eso es Casa Playa Mann ..un lugar acogedor, súper limpio y con una familia maravillosa a su cargo ! Definitivamente regresaremos!

Our time at this hotel was short, but probably the most memorable out of all the hotels we stayed at during our Galapagos trip. This hotel is top tier - the rooms are pristine, the ocean view is outstanding, the front courtyard and breakfast area is cute, breakfast was delicious and the service was better than anywhere I have ever been. The family that operates Casa Playa Mann welcomes all guests with open arms as if you are part of their family and this really makes a difference. I felt like I made genuine friends during our short 2 days there. The only sad thing about our entire trip was that I wish I could have spent more time here! Also - this hotel is located in an ideal area and it was very easy to walk to town or head out towards the beach.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Was as close as you could be to the beach. Our ocean view balcony overlooked the harbor. The air conditioning was a welcome surprise, as it’s incredibly hot and humid in February. Breakfast was delicious- yogurt and fruit, eggs and bacon. The showers had good pressure and hot water. It’s next to an ice cream shop that we went to often. The snorkeling at the beach wasn’t very good so we took a taxi to La Loberia, which was incredible!! Also loved how close it was to the interpretation center trail. Also, amazing sunsets. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were attentive and great to get to know. It’s a family run business and they are very attentive.

We can highly recommend Casa Playa Mann. Here you find the most welcoming, warm and helpfull hosts, who takes time to share their knowledge, provide lovely accommodation, and has the best location right across the street from the beach and a beautiful sunset view from the terrasse. 🙏☀️🐠
