HC麥格克酒店(HC Hotel Magec)

Hotel z doskonałym stosunkiem jakości do ceny. Czasy świetności dawno ma za sobą, ale wystarczający dla chcących coś więcej niż tylko pobytu w hotelu. Dobre śniadania i rewelacyjne obiadokolacje. Basen na dachu (8 piętro). Lokalizacja wspaniała, blisko do centrum, plaży sklepików i knajpek.

L'hotel est bien situé et le personnel est très gentil, service correcte au bar-restaurant. Une bonne propreté, les chambres sont faites au quotidien, la vue sur la mer et sur Puerto plustôt sympa. Mais quelques points négatifs, 1 ascenseur qui fonctionnait sur les 3, j'etais au 6 eme étage. Les portes le matin claquent à partir de 7h30 à 8h et plus moyen de dormir, la grasse matinée il faut oublier, la piscine est petite mais a le merite d'exister.

Been here many time. Best value for money in Puerto de la Cruz. Staff are exceptional.

Bastante bien la verdad, aun que en la hora del Chek-in tardaron bastante, había mucha cola y solamente había una empleada!!

Ottima posizione, vicino alla piazza centrale e vicino alla playa e al bus

This Hotel is awful. I got to my room and noticed that the locking mechanism on the patio doors was or has been tampered with. I closed the patio doors clicked the switch into its locking position and I could slide the door open quite easily. On closer inspection-see pics, the lock was completely broken and not maintained enabling zero security to my room. Add to that' the room is on the ground floor so it's easily accessible to break in. I complained to the front desk whom said they would notify the maintenance team. After going out for two hours I arrived back in my room and saw that the lock was the same. Back at the front desk they said that it's been looked at and subsequently fixed.. It hadn't. Roll in a disgruntled maintenance man who clicked the lock switch looked and said its fixed. So I demonstrated to the fella and opened up the patio door easily whilst in the locked position. Away he went and 10 minutes later came back with a drill and comedically made some noise with the drill over by the lock and said its fixed. He never did anything to the lock and was clearly not interested in fixing it. Back at reception I aired my concerns and the fella said all of our patio doors in the hotel are expecially can be opened whilst locked. Basically he couldn't be bothered fixing the issue. Incompetent, and willing to put a customer's security potentially at risk. Not good enough in my book customers security is not in their vocabulary. There are alot better hotels to choose from in the area.

hotel de mediana calidad ,parece un 3 estrella en vez de 4 estrellas, pero visto los demás hoteles de 4 estrellas en puerto de la cruz prefiero este mismo, la mayoría necesitan ya una reforma, antiguos y decadentes. calidad precio justa .comida justa, ni buena ni mala, ubicación buena, personal agradable. Gimnasio da pena. Aire acondicionado a pesar de que lo pagas no lo ponen hasta julio nos dijeron. Increíble.

Mi estancia en el hotel, fue desde el día 2 hasta el 4 de mayo, fue buena hasta que uno de los días después de almorzar fuimos a tomarnos un café. Teníamos todo incluido y el camarero que nos atendió nos preguntó y le dijimos, hasta ahí nos hizo los cafés, pero... Cual fue la sorpresa, que cuando nos íbamos nos dice disculpa que me tienen que pagar los cafés, el señor nos cobro 7,30 euros, me quedé flipando, porque estábamos con todo incluido y se suponía que era todo gratis porque nos lo dijeron en recepción. El día anterior nos tomamos los cafés y no nos cobraron y este señor nos cobro ese dinero, me queje en recepción y no lo entendían el porque había cobrado eso. Me pareció de muy mal gusto. En general la estancia en el hotel muy buena, camarera de piso, una señora maravillosa. En el restaurante todo perfecto, metre, camareros, recepcionistas, todos muy amables. El hotel necesita alguna reforma, como por ejemplo en el bar hall, hay como un mini escalón que no se nota y mucha gente se tropezaba y a punto de caerse. También los baños necesitan reforma porque están con bañera y para personas mayores es muy complicado entrar. La estancia muy buena, exceptuando los de los cafés que me cobraron con el todo incluido.

Penso che il signore che in qualche recensione precedente ha affermato che in questo hotel ha mangiato benissimo, nella vita si nutra di scatolette per cani (forse sono più buone) Camere vecchie con muri gonfi di umidità, però abbastanza pulite, personale gentilissimo e preparato, il bar ottimo, ma la cucina, dalla colazione alla cena e’ un’accozzaglia di cose senza senso buttate tipo zoo agli animali, il personale di cucina capisce che non è mestiere per loro? Dispiace perché usciti dall’Hotel abbiamo mangiato benissimo ovunque e in tutta l’isola da Nord a Sud e sul Teide, quindi fatevi due domande…. Cucinare e’la posizione giusta per quello chef? Roba da stare male, ma ripeto per qualcuno abituato a cibo per animali era da stella Michelin 😂😂😂😂😂
