Very big rooms, amazing staff, the manager was very helpful, open and friendly. The property close to the beach. The area is perfectly clean and quiet. You can walk at evening without worrying. We felt safe walking at evening. The bus stop 2 steps away. Easy commuting and also the car rental is cheap. You can walk to the airport along the beach and just enjoy. Highly recommended!

El señor de recepción es un encanto. Está atento por si falta cualquier cosa. El apartamento me decepcionó bastante. Ponía con vistas al mar. Y se veía al fondo, a lo lejos. Había aire acondicionado, pero me dijeron que tenía que pagar por ello. Y hacía un calor en la habitación,... que no se podía ni estar. En la página ponía que había artículos de aseo, y había una pastilla de jabón usada. En la cocina no funcionaba el agua fría, y la caliente, salía ardiendo. Nada más entrar al apartamento había un olor fuerte a lejía. En la ducha había pelos, y en otras zonas del apartamento también. El apartamento es amplio y dispone de una terraza con un tendedero para colgar la ropa.

Appartamento ben attrezzato, largo balcone con vista mare. Ottima zona ben collegata con tutte le attrazione dell’isola e menzione speciale per la reception sempre pronta a dare ottimi consigli! Unica nota stonata nelle camere esagerata presenza di zanzare

Ho utilizzato questa struttura e mi ci sono trovato bene, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono, Gli appartamenti che sono vista mare hanno una vista favolosa, e si trova il necessario che possa servire in caso si cucini in casa. Non c'è la lavatrice ma c'è il servizio lavanderia,che io non ho usato. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile. Se ritorno a Lanzarote non c'è dubbio che ritornerei volentier al LOSPOCILLOSCLUB.

Séjour de 11 nuits début janvier dans l'appartement 19 : terrasse avec vue imprenable + transat, table et chaises. Le mobilier est vieillot mais la literie de bonne qualité ; ventilateur de table / clim. dispo pour 10€/jour ; service de buanderie à 25€ pour une machine 30°. Les serviettes de toilette sont changées tous les 2 jours, les draps après 3 nuits. Il y avait peu de vaisselle mais j'ai obtenu facilement un complément ; petit lave-vaisselle apprécié ! Grâce à la large contre-allée du parking, on n'entend pas la circulation. Comme les avions passent devant en phase d'atterrissage, ils ne sont pas gênants. petit sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser dans l'appartement. Manque d'intensité lumineuse la nuit tombée :-(

Nada más llegamos, nos atendió Dean súper rápido, nos dieron la habitación antes de nuestra hora porque llegamos prontito, la habitación súper bien, limpia, y cambiaban las toallas y limpiaban cada dos días, Dean siempre estaba dispuesto a organizarnos rutas para ver todo Lanzarote y que no nos perdiéramos nada de la isla. Nos vamos muy contentos de allí! Recomendable 100%

Atendimiento insuperable del dueño de los apartamentos. Limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas,dispone de plancha,tostadora,microondas,en general,bastante equipado.Muy buena ubicación y maravillosas vistas ,a pie de playa. Volveremos a repetir

Best view of the fabulous Beach was from our apartment . Large balcony with table and chairs which we used to enjoy watching the sunrise with our coffee. Dean our host was very friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was tired ,a refurbishment program is in progress. apartments were perfectly clean and comfortable for our 4 week stay. Please do not believe the negative reports regarding house keeping. The housekeepers worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble,we have never had so many clean towels at any other hotel..We would highly recommend these apartments if you are happy with clean and simple accommodation.

The apartment (18) we stayed in was very spacious and had a view of the sea . Check in was smooth even though we were late arriving. Dean is very attentive and can help with anything. Room 18 is a 2 bed appt but we only had access to one bedroom.Furniture is older and bathroom needs a new bath and ceiling painted.However the appt was very clean and spacious with a private little porch area protected from the Lanzarote winds.A small pool out the back is ample to jump in to cool down or sit at side and dangle legs in, but the area is very small and overlooked by a small road. on the plus side it is very small as only shared by about 8 appts.We ate out at all times with a breakfast as little as £4 so never used adequate kitchen in room.Pubs and restaurants only 5 mins walk to the east into matador side or lovely 30 min walk takes you to puerto del carmen..all flat which is very important, as in puerto del carmen there are a few steep hills back from the beach.£5 for a taxi back at night from PDC, and £20 to the airport. All in all we had a lovely stay at a very budget price which is a reflection of the appt needing a wee bit of TLC.Location is 10/10 cleanliness was 10/10 Staff 10/10 appt is 7.5/10/.We will go back. Stayed for one week 19/26 march 2024, although a little dated there was everything we needed for self catering. the apartments are in a great location, beach across the road, spar and a few restaurants/bars 50 metres away, 20 minutes walk or short bus ride away to the main ***** in PDC. Apartments manager Dean was very welcoming and was very helpful, we are looking at staying here again next year ( if not before ) 😎
